Wendy and a UFO

I noticed a new house in town, so I went to investigate. I introduced myself to Wendy, my new villager.

Wendy: Ohmigosh! It's YOU! No, wait. We've, like, never met before, lambkins.Avery approached me and told me I should ditch the name Jeff. He said I should be known as Skippy from now on. Even though I’m more of a Jif guy, I didn’t object. “Skippy” is better than most of the nicknames they come up with.

Avery: Aha, whaddaya say to skippy? That's a real gem, isn't it? And it fits you to a tee!By all indications, today was a UFO day. I haven’t been hunting the UFO as much since I completed my Gulliver collection last November, but the past few weeks I’ve been checking to see if each day was a UFO day. And today was one. At 6:02, I shot down the UFO.  This was my first UFO of 2013 and my 25th overall. It looks like Caroline was expecting the UFO to beam her up!

I shoot down a UFO, as a clueless Caroline walks underneath the flying saucer.Melba approached me and asked if she was weird for saying “toasty.”

Melba: Do you think it's weird, the way I can't stop saying "toasty"?So I had her say “g’day mate” instead.

Melba: It shouldn't be too tough for me to remember, but we'll see, g'day mate!I then saw a green balloon and got an interesting picture of it.

My inventory screen, with the player window filled entirely with green from the balloon.I shot it down; it contained a cubby hole. And then after that, I finally found the spaceship part.

The spaceship part in the grass.Tomorrow I’ll go see Gulliver on the beach and exchange it for one of his rare items. See you tomorrow!
