Fishing Requests

Chester was talking about how cool fossils are today. I thought he was asking me to find one for him, but apparently it was just a regular conversation.

Chester: Seeing proof of life from hundreds of thousands of years ago is cooler than frozen rice milk.I dug up a pitfall seed, so I decided to use it on the next animal I saw: Ed. He tried to play it off, acting like it was his own strength that caused him to fall into the ground, but he was clearly angry afterwards.

Ed: The weight of my muscles crushed the planet! AWESOME!Friga asked me to catch a bitterling for her, so I started fishing in the river. It didn’t take me long to catch what I was looking for. I took it to Friga, and she rewarded me by giving me a storefront.

Friga: Hmm? No, it CAN'T be! It really is! You brought me a bitterling! My newest neighbor Genji was locked out of his house! I wanted to make a good impression on him, so I returned to the river for some more fishing. After a few minutes, I caught his key!

I caught a key! ...Whose key is this?I took it to Genji, and he rewarded me with a sink.

Genji: What?! That key... It's got my name on it! It's like magic! Pinch me...but not on my triceps. They're sore.To my surprise, he actually did go inside his house once he had the key. Sometimes you’ll take an animal their key and they’ll still stand around outside anyway.
