Everybody Wants New Clothes Night

Kiki was still sick tonight, so I gave her some medicine once again. She repeated the line about being able to feel her toes again. 😛

Kiki flips upside-down as she takes her medicine. It was raining in town tonight, and I saw Big Top switch from his bug net to his umbrella. I went fishing (in both the river and the ocean), but I didn’t catch anything new tonight.

Fashion must be the theme of the night, because three animals–Puddles, Rod, and Baabara–all asked me some new clothes! That’s pretty unusual to get the same request from three different villagers. But I was feeling lazy, so I didn’t help any of them out. 😛

Puddles, Rob, and Baabara all ask me for some new clothes in Animal Crossing: Wild World. At the Roost, I checked out the Saturday night musical performance. K.K. Slider sang K.K. Casbah for me.

K.K.: All right, get ready to dig the riffs on this ditty: K.K. Casbah! There were no new messages on the bulletin board, and not much seemed to be going on tonight. At town hall, I made a 15,000 bell mortgage payment and then found a cabin couch in the recycle bin.

I did a little more fishing in hopes of catching a coelacanth (no luck), and then headed home. I put my new song into my stereo and then ended my game for the night.

  1. I’m sure you knew this, but in “Tomodachi Life” *every* night is Everybody Wants New Clothes Night. Given that and an all-too-similar phenomenon in a game that’s really almost 12 years old as shown here, I gotta wonder what is with Nintendo and clothes-obsessed characters in games that aren’t really about fashion.
