Frank’s Goodbye

This morning, I only had about five minutes to track down Joan and buy my turnips for the week. And wouldn’t you know, Agent S wanted me to play hide-and-seek with her! Ain’t nobody got time for that!

Agent S: Really? But it would have been so much fun! Well, that's OK. Another time maybe, nut job.But I did find Joan, and at 11:58 a.m., I bought 1,100 turnips from her for 102 bells apiece.

Joan: So, 1,100 turnips comes out to be... 112,200 bells altogether. Do you wanna buy them? And today was Frank’s last day in town, so I went to say goodbye to him.

Frank: Promise me you'll feel a little lonely after I'm gone, all right?! I mean, why else would I move? GAHAHA!I kind of feel bad for letting him move out so soon; I don’t even feel like I got to know him very well. But I wanted to get back down to nine villagers. It’s all Dotty’s fault, really.

A bit later on, Emzer from Arcturus came over to adopt Frank.

Emzer from Arcturus has just arrived in Forest. After she spoke with him, Frank confirmed that he’s moving to her town. Best of luck in your new town, pal! And Emzer, feel free to post a comment from time to time to let me know how he’s doing! 🙂

Frank: I'm moving myself to Arcturus! After that, I ended the session and put the game away for a while. When I returned later, I saw a big fish shadow in the river. I caught myself a nice arapaima, which sells for a cool 10,000 bells.

Catching an arapaima. While I was at town hall, I saw something I don’t think I’ve noticed before: a tiny clock above the door. It was about 6:20 when I took this picture.

The clock on my modern town hall. And up at the Dream Suite, I updated my dream town. Luna told me Corynne from Ammear was my most recent dream visitor.
