Getting Acorn Off the Ground

Beth told me she was going to restart her town this past weekend, so I let her store some items in Forest until she got her new town up and running. As she put the items on the ground, she found something else: a pitfall seed that had been behind the face-cutout standee for two months!

Finally got her! Better late than never!

Once she was done, I said goodbye to her before she deleted her character and town (Otaku). It was a matter of life and Beth.

Jeff: R.I.P. Beth.Later on, she returned in a new form: Beth from Acorn. Some might say it’s a corny town name, but I’m nut the one to do it.

The new Beth. Before she left with her precious cucumber pack furniture, she made a stop at Shampoodle to get her hair done.

New Beth's new haircut.Yesterday, I made a visit to her new town. In her tent, we merged into a freaky creature, complete with an intermittent unibrow!

Sheldon: Of course it's baseball, right? I love that sharp sound when the bat hits the ball!
Fortunately, she only hit me in the head.

Good luck with your new town, Beth! I’m sure you’ll have no trouble getting Acorn off the ground.

For Independence Day, I changed my town flag to the U.S. flag. I hope you all had a great 4th of July!

Rhonda: Hello. I hope it's all right that I've decided to camp here. You have a lovely town.It seems to be raining just about every day lately–that’s the rainy season for you. Rolf told me the rain makes him feel like a giant sponge.

Rolf: The rain makes me feel like one big sponge, tiger.
I’ll have to use him to clean up a mess I made earlier.

I went to visit Molly, and fortunately, the rain hasn’t dimmed her spirits. I wanted to offer her a snack, but she already eight.

Molly: Welcome to my home, J-bot! It's good to see you.
You too, Molly! You look gr8!

My recent dream visitors have been Alee from Sun City and Stan from Hampton. See you next time!
