NEW LEAF BLOG

Jeff's Tomodachi Life Blog

This blog describes my crazy adventures in Tomodachi Life, a bizarre simulation game for Nintendo 3DS. It is available now. Check out my Tomodachi Life review, scan QR codes, or buy Tomodachi Life at Amazon.

Entry 18: Henry's Goodbye

As soon as I started up the game yesterday, I got an incoming message from Miss Piggy.

Henry is all grown up and ready to move out! Wow, that was quick!

I had the option to let him move into his own apartment or travel the world. Since I already had their first child (Xavier) move into his own apartment, I chose to let Henry travel. So he got dressed up for his trip.

I was able to give him a greeting to share with whoever he visits in the future. I made his greeting the URL for this blog, so hopefully whoever gets him in the future will check in and share any stories or pictures with us.

I was also shown Henry's photo album.

I got to see Henry's baby pictures as the game's credits rolled.

On the Mii News, I learned that Tobias the Giant recently became the wrestling champion!

And down at the port, I saw Henry and Andrew (my recent StreetPass camper) waiting to be picked up. I believe they'll remain here until I StreetPass another Tomodachi Life player. You are able to briefly chat with them occasionally, although it's limited to saying something like "Good evening."

I've made some more QR codes of my Miis; here's Annyong Bluth and Popeye:

But more importantly, I've now made a page where you can find all of the QR codes that I've posted so far. It currently has 18 of my Miis, but I'll be adding to it over time. Here is the link: Tomodachi Life QR Codes.

My best friend Mr. Bean said that Jeff needs a sweetheart. He wanted to set Jeff up with Breezy, though--and Breezy is destined to be with Gaston someday. Fortunately, there was an option to set Jeff up with someone else.

I wanted to choose Elly, but her name was grayed out and couldn't be selected!

I'm guessing it's because Jeff and Elly haven't met before? At least I don't think they have. I hope it's not a matter of being incompatible. Interestingly, the only valid options were Breezy, Lindsay, and Maeby. I know Wolf Bobs Island doesn't have a whole lot of females, but Elly wasn't the only female grayed out on the list. So I just canceled out of the option for now. Maybe someday, Jeff...

When I went to check on Popeye, he had a ladybug on his face. I picked it off for him.

And on the news, I learned of the new gorgeous Shaq jewelry! What lady wouldn't want that on her finger?

Thanks for visiting and please come again!
