Tonight was the night of the harvest moon, so a moon-viewing party was held at the lake. After a quick stop at Nook’s, I made my way there. I saw Sydney and Hank enjoying the view.<\/p>\n

\"Hank:<\/a>Velma also seemed to appreciate the heavenly body above…<\/p>\n

\"Velma:<\/a>…until I realized she was only talking about herself. I think she’s been eating too many Scooby snacks.<\/p>\n

\"Velma:<\/a>Tortimer was also there, lamenting the loss of warm, summer nights.<\/p>\n

\"Tortimer:<\/a>Emerald also came out to take a look at the moon. Naturally, she chose the spot nearest the lily pads in the lake.<\/p>\n

\"Emerald:<\/a>After I left the festival, I ran into Candi. She informed me that I haven’t spoken to her in four months! I wonder if she’s still mad about me pushing her into the river<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"Candi:<\/a>I pulled a bunch of weeds, and then I spotted a blue balloon present!<\/p>\n

\"A<\/a>I followed it, but it didn’t get caught in a tree. So I had no choice but to helplessly watch it sail over the cliff and out of my life forever.<\/p>\n

Here is a video of the harvest moon festival that I recorded two years ago. Interestingly, Emerald chose the spot by the lily pads back then, too.<\/p>\n
