Shortly before midnight tonight, I spotted the northern lights up in the sky. I really like the look of auroras in this game; I think they’re prettier than the New Leaf auroras, and they fill up the whole screen (unlike the ones in New Horizons).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was on my way over to the Roost, and I found Gwen enjoying some coffee there. She pointed out that Brewster likes to decorate his shelves with gyroids, which of course, I was well aware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I asked K.K. Slider to play a song for me, and he performed K.K. Parade for me (…and Gwen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the show, I spotted a huge fish shadow in the river. I fished out a stringfish! That’s an easy 15k! Yay! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both of today’s snowballs were near Nook ‘n’ Go, so I rolled them up into a snowman. He was perfect, so he should be sending me a reward in the mail. But at some point this winter, I do want to roll up an awful, disproportionate snowman…just for fun. \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I took the bus out to the city, and almost everything was closed except for Redd’s shop (and the auction house, which never closes). You can still walk inside of the Happy Room Academy, although you can’t enter the “model room” room. \ud83d\ude1b You can’t sit on any of the chairs in here, but interestingly, I realized that you can <\/em>read this sign on the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don’t remember reading this sign before, but it’s likely that I have done it years ago, and just forgot about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
