When I visited Yuka, she told me it’s not easy being pretty. As if she would know. But thanks for the laugh, you horrible blue creature.<\/p>\nYesterday, I only played for about 10 minutes. But I made sure to check the store, and I’m glad I did. Tom Nook finally had a net for sale, and of course I bought it.<\/p>\n

And when I visited Chevre, I was surprised to find all of her furniture packed up in boxes! She decided to move out of town! But unlike other Animal Crossing games, this isn’t necessarily a final decision. I talked to her repeatedly, telling her to stay each time. Eventually, she said she would think about it, although she wouldn’t commit for sure.<\/p>\n

I ended my game for the night shortly after that. But I played again today, and I found a letter in my mailbox. Was this a goodbye letter from Chevre? Nope! It was a letter from Mom, talking about how the weather is getting cold. She said she slipped on some wet leaves! She sent me an acorn along with the letter. I may hold onto this.<\/p>\n
At Nook ‘n’ Go, I decided to buy this outdoor bath. I like how it looks, and maybe it will attract some frogs. (Just kidding about the frogs.) \ud83d\ude1b But it was one of the first items in my house back in City Folk, so there’s a wii<\/em> bit of nostalgia involved.<\/p>\n I’ve been trying to remember to speak to Sable in Able Sisters each day, and today, she finally remembered me. Progress.<\/p>\n I met up with Chevre outdoors…so apparently I saved her from moving. Good to know. She asked me to deliver a letter to Static (yes, a letter, not a package), and I agreed to help her out. I took it to Static, and then returned to tell her the deed was done. She gave me an ivy wall as my reward.<\/p>\n Crazy Redd was in town, and I knew his password since he sent it to me in the mail yesterday. Actually, Chevre told me the password anyway. But I went inside and bought this strange painting.<\/p>\n Yuka wasted no time in making fun of my face. She said I shouldn’t use any medicine because my face is a work of art now.<\/p>\n I went in to check on Baabara, and her response to my face was even ruder than Yuka’s. I didn’t see any bugs out, but I wanted to test out my net. So I tried shaking some trees, until I found some bees. Unfortunately, they were on me before I could get my net out! You can’t use the control pad to quickly pull out your net (or other tool) in Wild World like you can in City Folk and New Leaf. But as we talked, I noticed she had a flea on her! So I got my net out and picked it off her. How funny, my first bug is a flea that was on Yuka!<\/p>\n![\"Fleas!](\"http:\/\/www.jvgs.net\/acwwblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/fleas.jpg\")
But I also used my net in another way: I used it to hit Yuka a few times…only until she got mad, though. \ud83d\ude09 Anyway, I donated the flea to the museum, so I donated both my first piece of art and my first bug today.<\/p>\n![\"Baabara:](\"http:\/\/www.jvgs.net\/acwwblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/doofus.jpg\")
I know villagers’ rudeness has been toned down in later Animal Crossing games, but they’re still pretty harsh in Wild World.<\/p>\n![\"Bill:](\"http:\/\/www.jvgs.net\/acwwblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/bill-ugly.jpg\")
