Before I could open it, Hornsby asked me to deliver a package to Vivian. I agreed to help out. I then went into my inventory screen to open the package from Agent S, and you guessed it, I opened the wrong package. I opened Vivian&#8217;s package by mistake! It contained a clackercart. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agent S sent me a light-blue cap, in case you were wondering. I put it on for now, even though it doesn&#8217;t match my flame shirt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Big Top told me that it&#8217;s embarrassing to wear shoes up his nose. So I made the trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I bumped into Vivian soon after, but there was no option to tell her what happened. She knew nothing about the botched delivery, so everything seemed normal. When I went back to Hornsby, I asked him &#8220;What was that again?&#8221; and he again told me to take the &#8220;mystery package&#8221; to Vivian. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"240\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jvgs.net\/newleafblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190713_HNI_0008.jpg\" alt=\"Hornsby: Take that mystery package straight to Vivian, OK?\" class=\"wp-image-14691\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jvgs.net\/newleafblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190713_HNI_0008.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.jvgs.net\/newleafblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190713_HNI_0008-250x150.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.jvgs.net\/newleafblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190713_HNI_0008-300x180.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>There was no option to tell him what happened. Oh well, there&#8217;s nothing I can do about it now. I don&#8217;t know if he&#8217;ll mention it another day, but I doubt it. New Leaf tends to gloss over unfulfilled requests, unlike earlier games in the series. But if he (or Vivian) does mention it, I&#8217;ll be sure to give an update in the next blog entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At any rate, I did help out Vivian in another way. I found a lost item on the ground, and I eventually returned to her. So we&#8217;re even now, right?
