NEW LEAF BLOG

Jeff's Tomodachi Life Blog

This blog describes my crazy adventures in Tomodachi Life, a bizarre simulation game for Nintendo 3DS. It is available now. Check out my Tomodachi Life review, scan QR codes, or buy Tomodachi Life at Amazon.

Entry 54: Level 50

Leah is now all grown up, and I sent her off to travel the world. Good luck to you, Leah!

Breezy was telling me that she loses her momentum by Wednesday. She's not the only one.

I gave The Count a travel ticket, and he took his wife Velma to France.

They visited three different sites in Paris (un, deux, trois, AH AH AH). That included the river Seine, the Placa de la Concorde, and the Eiffel Tower.

Meanwhile, Luigi seems to have outgrown his veggies. Or at least his broccoli hat.

Lindsay told me she wanted to propose to Shaq. Sorry, Tobias. But Shaq was thinking about...water in his stomach? I don't even know what that's all about.

But once she popped the question, Shaq said yes! They got married right away.

Tobias didn't attend the wedding. He was too busy sobbing in a shower somewhere.

Shaq and Lindsay took their honeymoon in America, where they visited the Statue of Liberty.

There are now seven houses in the Mii Homes part of the island.

I gave Shaq a stuffed cabbage roll, and it nearly killed him! It was his worst food.

After giving Jeff some food and other items today, he leveled up. He is my first Mii to reach level 50!

Unfortunately, reaching level 50 doesn't seem to unlock anything new. I was hoping we'd be able to give Miis any interior (much like you unlock free clothing at level 20), but the only interiors available were the usual ones that are available at level-up. There wasn't even a story on the Mii News to congratulate me. Oh well, it's still pretty cool to finally reach level 50.

After that, I also leveled up Villager, who's at a modest level 12. Much like how I started out by giving Villager foods that are available in Animal Crossing, I'm also giving him items/tools that are Animal Crossing related. I previously gave him a bubble wand, and this time I gave him a fishing pole.

He was hungry, so I gave him some cheesecake. Unfortunately, he hated it. He started melting into a pile of Nook 'n' Goo. It was his worst ever food.

I decided to give GOB, who was wearing his usual banana suit, a banana peel. Why would a banana eat another banana? Those are the kinds of questions I don't want to answer.
I guess that makes him a cannibal banana. The world's first cannibanana. But he didn't like it. Oh well.

I made a rare visit down to the port, where four ladies are waiting for boat rides: Sophie, Sophie, Faith, and Leah. (One of the Sophies was a camper, and the other is Lucille 2's daughter). I said hello to all of them, but I have no idea when they'll be picked up. I don't get Tomodachi Life StreetPasses very often.

Thanks for visiting! I'll see you next time!
