Gulliver sent me a letter from up in Canada today, along with a gift. I was expecting some maple syrup, but he sent me a dreamcatcher instead.
When I went to visit my previous snowmen, they let me reset their bingo balls.
I also built another bingo snowman near them; my numbers for today were 7, 24, and 46. But to get a good picture of all three, I had to cut down a tree. Fortunately (or is that unfortunately), the toppling tree didn’t damage the snowmen. Admit it, it would have been cool to witness a snowman screaming as a tree clobbered him. It’s a murder mister-tree!
But on the bright side, I got my picture of them all.
I then made my way up to Main Street. At the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Edward from Aquaria was my most recent dream visitor. If you haven’t yet seen Forest in the snow, my dream address is 4300-2003-9889. So feel free to visit in the dream world.
Over at Able Sisters, I bought some Santa pants that were on sale. I still need the jacket, and then I think I’ll have the whole suit.
Back in town, Aurora wanted me to visit her house. But unfortunately, she made me schedule a time. I chose 5:30, but I forgot about it until 6:00. She was disappointed that I missed her.
At 10:00, I opened my gate for Friday Night Forest. My town filled up instantly as Meli, Tiffiny, and Louis-S came over to visit. As I said hello to everyone, I accidentally erased a tile as I took this picture.
After stopping at the snowmen so some of them could get their bingo cards stamped, we hung out at my house for a while. Louis dubbed me the Dancing Santa.
When we went outside, Louis suggested we do a little swimming. So Dancing Santa became Diving Santa.
And it wouldn’t be a Forest party if Tabby didn’t get hammered.
We went up to Club LOL for some dancing. Yuka and Rolf joined us there, too. Rolf was really getting into it, shaking that tiger butt of his.
Louis left shortly before 11:00, and Jessica came over to take his place. We headed out to the island, where we did some tours. The tour selection wasn’t very good today, but we went on two bug-catching tours and one labyrinth (maze) tour. We failed the labyrinth one, but we got gold Tortimer awards for both bug tours: Jessica won the first one and Tiffiny won the second one.
Once we returned to the mainland, we went back over to the snowmen so Jessica could check her numbers. The sky was very clear tonight, so this made for a very nice pic of the snowmen and the moon.
Meli sat on my town tree to view my town history. She soon found out it was a violent history.
Tiffiny left before midnight, and Rodney came over to take her place. He’s a person who had trouble connecting with me before, but he was finally able to visit tonight. Anyway, I invited them all over to the modern clock to see it light up at midnight.
Forest’s violent history soon become Forest’s violent present, as we all got our toy hammers out.
A bit later, the Santas were sitting on the metal bench when I realized we were actually on a sleigh. So we called in a reindeer to get this sleigh off the ground.
We took turns being the reindeer, but nothing would work. Not even Rodney the red-nosed reindeer could save us. Even with three reindeer and no Santa, this sleigh was grounded.

I took a break to talk to Teddy, and he accused me of stalking him! How rude! I only stalked him to make sure none of my visitors stole him away! Because I saw the way they eyed him…
Around 12:35, I ended the party for the night. I had a good time, and it was nice to see Forest with a full house virtually the whole time. Have a great weekend, everyone!
UPDATE: Just wanted to include a look at my current badges:

When I talked to Copper at the police station, he told me there was a camper in town. But of course during winter, campers don’t use a tent…they use an igloo! So I quickly made my way over there to check it out.
Alice the koala was inside, talking about how much she loves the crackling of the fire.
She also told me she was cooking an interesting recipe she got out of a book about shoe polish! I didn’t stick around to try it out.
My dynamic painting from Crazy Redd turned out to be a fake, unfortunately.
I talked to my snowman from yesterday, and he told me to give his eyes another spin. Once again, they came up showing eleven.
Today’s snowballs were much easier to find, and I pushed them together to make another bingo snowman. This one’s number was 45, which was another number I needed.
I decided to take a picture of them both. There’s actually a tree in between them, but the tree disappears when I went in for a closer view.
This is what my bingo card currently looks like:
Skye (the wolf) asked to visit my house, so I reluctantly invited her over. I played my harp just to make her applaud for me.
After she left, I went down to the beach to see if there was a lost item on the sand. I didn’t find a lost item, but I found a lost sailor instead. It was Gulliver of course, and he (shockingly) woke up the first time I talked to him! He was clearly on his way to Canada, so he promised to send me a gift in the mail. I’m hoping it’s not a polar bear.
I went out to my island to catch some bugs. Earning money wasn’t my goal; I was trying to catch every bug I saw to see if I would catch one I still needed. I even cut some trees down so I could get stump bugs.
Around that time, I saw that Tiffiny was opening the gate to her town Auctus. So I took Katie there.
I also met Tom and Spooker there. I saw that the flower clock looks really nice with the snow on it.
Tiffiny and I exchanged perfect fruit before, so I again offered her a basket of perfect peaches. She gave me a basket of perfect pears, which I will use to feed my villagers when they ask for fruit. While there, I visited her Re-Tail to sell my remaining baskets of perfect peaches that I’ve been accumulating for a while. They earned me 162,000 bells! Peachy.
Her town was really beautiful. I joked that even Re-Tail looked luxurious, with all the rococo furniture in there. She even has sign boards of her villagers, which was a really nice touch.
Unfortunately, she doesn’t have a dream address because she considers her town a work in progress still. If she does eventually make a dream available, I may add it as an entry to my
I temporarily ended my game, but I picked it back up later on. As I made my way around town, I saw that snow made some public works projects look quite different. For a moment, I thought my zen garden had Christmas trees in it!
My pyramid had also accumulated some snow on it.
Crazy Redd had a tent up, and I was only able to eliminate one of his items. So I chose one of the three paintings I needed, a dynamic painting. I’ll find out tomorrow if it’s real or not.
I made my way up to Main Street, and Luna told me that Adam from the town of Popcorn was my most recent dream visitor. Thanks for visiting, Adam!
But he rewarded me for buying 50 bags of fertilizer by giving me a golden shovel! Leif tells me it makes the fertilizer extra potent. I think he just means it has a stronger manure smell.
On the second floor, Timmy was selling a festive tree for the first time. I bought it for my house, although I’d prefer a large one.
Kicks had some Santa boots for sale, so I snatched them up and put them on. Now that I have them, I can go back to ignoring his store again.
Back in town, Benedict was talking about how hearing jingling bells puts you in the Christmas spirit.
He then joked that just repeating the word “jingle” isn’t quite the same as hearing actual bells. Good point, rooster.
I spoke with Rolf, and he suggested a zen clock as a public works project. Sorry I forgot to get a picture of it, but I’ll try to add that tomorrow.
I had some trouble finding my snowballs today, but once I did, I was able to sneak up behind one and grab a dung beetle! I now only need two more insects.
And once I was able to round up two snowballs together, I made myself a snowman. It turned out perfect, so the newly-formed snowman offered to let me play bingo!
He gave me a bingo card, filled with numbers, and then he rolled his eyes at me. Literally! His eyes have numbers on them, and he rolled an 11.
My bingo card had an 11 on it, so I was able to punch that number off. I was also able to punch out the center–that was a freebie. You can get special items by making a bingo (five numbers in a row on your card). He encouraged me to visit other towns, as friends’ bingo snowmen can mark off numbers for me too. Sounds like a plan!
After that, I decided to change my brick path. Here is a picture of my new path, along with my illuminated tree, metal bench, and fountain.
I have also added that picture to my
Unfortunately, there wasn’t an igloo in my town today. But on the bright side, there’s still more new winter fun to come! Enjoy the snow, everyone!
