Tammy was talking about Jingle today, but it didn’t sound like she had a positive opinion of him…
My lost and found was filling up with pitfall seeds, so I took a couple of them just so there would be space for other items. And when I went outside, I saw Tabby…and I thought…why should these pitfalls go to waste?
I was able to buy some medicine for Rolf today, so I took that to him. Hopefully he’ll start to feel better soon.
He apologized for all the trouble he’s causing, but he’s not causing trouble at all. I don’t recall ever seeing him this sad and pathetic before.
I’ve noticed I have a blue pansy over by my park area. It looks really nice, and it’s quite a bit different from how blue pansies looked in City Folk. I’m wondering if I should move it closer to my house, but I’m still undecided.
Not a lot was going on in town today, so I took a trip out to the island. I think Kapp’n has the wrong idea about me.
I went on the market-value bug tour, but I wasn’t finding many bugs. A bronze Tortimer award was the best I could do, sadly.
Later on, I went to Club LOL to get a new song from K.K.; he performed Surfin’ K.K. for me. But my former villager Harry was up in his face the whole time. It was kind of funny.
One other thing I’d like to point out. Beth has submitted another version of her Santa dress, this time with sleeves. It’s available on the QR Codes page if you’re interested.
Today was Naughty or Nice day in European/Australian versions of the game. I didn’t get to attend the festival, but my friend Skye (the human, not the wolf) gave me her holiday stocking from the event. Thanks, Skye!
Soon after that, I had a problem trying to take a photo. I got the dreaded “the photo limit has been reached” error message again. So I stopped playing until I was able to move my pictures over onto my computer. By the time I resumed playing, it was after midnight…and it was snowing.
The lost and found at the police station had this ghost umbrella that I snatched up.
And while I was near the edge of the cliff, I heard a jingling sound and noticed a large snowflake.
It went down towards the beach, but I followed it down, got my net out, and caught my first snowflake!
You can’t put a snowflake into storage, but you can show it off (like a bug), release it, or sell it for 500 bells.
I went to visit Rolf, and he ever so subtly let me know he was sick. Cough cough cough cough cough.
However, T&T Emporium closed at midnight, so I couldn’t buy him any medicine! I’ll have to pick some up tomorrow, if he survives that long. 😛
I had a gem rock today, and it gave me two gold nuggets. Along with one from storage, I gave them to Cyrus and he turned them into a golden bed. It’s not a piece I needed, but oh well.
And before I ended my night, I spoke with Big Top near my fountain. He commented on how pretty the illuminated tree looks.
And in case you missed it, I took a dream adventure to a town called
While I was out watering my flowers, I spotted Phineas! He gave me the Prof. of Ichthyology badge for catching every type of fish. This is my second gold badge.
Over at the police station, Copper told me that Crazy Redd was in town. And while I was there, I picked up this coat hanger! So exciting!
When I went into Redd’s tent, I was only able to rule out one of his four items. I ended up buying this valiant statue.
Once the sun went down, I attended the completion ceremony for the illuminated tree. I think it looks really good all lit up.
Once the ceremony ended, Kidd pinged me. He offered me a neutral painting for 7,056 bells. I took the risk and bought it.
But before I went to check out if it was real or not, I stopped to take a seat on my metal bench. As expected, the illuminated tree is easily visible when sitting. Now I just need some snow!
I also added a (different) picture of the illuminated tree to my
