Late last night, I made a quick dream visit to Anville, which is Olivia’s town. She has changed things up since the last time I visited. I didn’t stay long, so I wasn’t really taking pictures, but I did take one. I noticed that she has two bridges close to each other. It actually looked nice being able to see the next bridge up the river.
The town is quite nice, and the dream address is 6900-2923-1084 if you want to visit it.
Today, I got a letter in the mail from the snowboy; he sent me this snowman bed. Even if it looks more like a snowman coffin.
Big Top tried to tell me he was moving out of town on February 9th, but I quickly convinced him that he was mistaken. I went to Tom’s town to get a bingo number, and he glitched onto/into his bench. He threw at beans at me as I sat there.
I was tempted to collect the beans and get a stew going, but I didn’t. Tom saved the game, and then he died.
A couple of his friends came over to visit, but Tom purposely disconnected when he discovered one of them took some perfect oranges without asking. Back in Forest, I saw an igloo at the campsite and I found Flo the penguin inside. Thankfully, she didn’t try to sell me car insurance.
As I was watering flowers, I spotted Phineas! I had no idea what to expect, but he gave me the Balloon Master badge! That’s the gold one, which means I no longer have to waste my time shooting down any more useless balloons! Woohoo!
To my surprise, he actually had a second badge for me too! This time, he gave me the Catalog Maniac Silver badge for collecting over 50% of the items in the game.

I rolled up today’s snowballs to make a snowboy, but he wasn’t perfect today. Just to remind you all, the snow on the ground will be gone on February 25th. So you have three weeks left to collect items from the snowman, snowmam, snowboy, and snowtyke. I have a shot at finishing them all up, but it’s not a sure thing.
Anyway, I went up to the Dream Suite and saw that my most recent dream visitor was Biarna from Naralda. When I was done shopping, I went down to the dock to begin my island hopping for the evening. I met a few nice people, including Marysol and Alexa, who is shown here.
I was able to find one new piece of each set (mermaid and cabana). Now I have 12/13 mermaid items and 9/13 cabana items. However, I have used up almost all of my medals. So I’ll need to do some more tours tomorrow to earn more before I go island hopping for the remaining items.
When I was done touring, I returned to Forest and saw the northern lights in the sky above.
But a bit later, she got her revenge as I was talking to Teddy myself. Teddy seemed to know exactly what was going on. 😛
By this time, we both had major head wounds, so I ended the party for the night. Then today, the snowboy sent me this snowman TV in the mail.
I was playing later in the day than usual, so I didn’t get to exchange bingo numbers with Tom today (sorry Tom!). But I built a perfect snowboy and then headed up to Main Street. Luna told me my most recent dream visitor was Bijou from Peril. In Club LOL, I put a mega tootoid (which I dug up in town) up on the stage. I want to have four farting gyroids on stage, so I’m halfway there.
Kim came over to get a bingo number, and I showed her the fall-into-a-hole-from-the-bench trick.
I was headed out to the island to check today’s gift shop items, so I asked if Kim wanted to come too. She did, and we did a couple of tours on the island while we were there.
We then returned to shore and I ended the party. I saw Saharah, and I paid her to redo my house. She installed an ornate wall and a sporty floor. Not the best combination.
Later on, I went out to some Club Tortimer islands. On one of the islands, I met Emma, who told me that her birthday is tomorrow. (Happy birthday!) We agreed to go on an easy labyrinth tour, so I chose it and I began to sit down as she was putting her bugs or fish away.
As for my mermaid/cabana collections, I found a cabana vanity today and that’s it. So I have 8/13 cabana items and still 11/13 mermaid items. So the contest is still at least a few days away still. Hopefully I’ll have more time tomorrow to island hop than I did today.
I found both of today’s snowballs, so I put them together and built a perfect snowboy.
Today is Groundhog Day in America, so Isabelle was at the event plaza handing out Resetti models.
There was also a face-cutout standee featuring Resetti.
I then went to my house to take a look at the Resetti model, and it looks the same as it did in City Folk.
Tom came over to get a bingo number and check out the holiday standee. As he did, I was using the outrage emotion to simulate Resetti’s anger. Tom wanted to switch places, so I stuck my head through the hole as he was doing different emotions. At one point, his crown appeared through the cutout.
After he left, I made a quick visit to his town to collect bingo numbers too. But I quickly returned home to finish watering my flowers. When I was done, I headed up to the Dream Suite to update my dream town. Luna told me that Noah from Iguaria was my most recent dream visitor.
I bought it and then sold it on Tumblr to Jake from Pinetree. Later on, I did some more island hopping. On one island, Grace from Baytown asked me to go on some tours, so I did a couple of them with her. She was sad to see me go when I was done, though. But thanks for the tours, Grace.
I now have 11 of 13 mermaid items and 7 of 13 cabana items. I’m still hoping to begin the contest for the mermaid set at some point this week. I’ll keep you updated.
