Drago gave me a lady palm today, and I didn’t think much of it. Until he said it reminded him of me! What?!
After 8:00, I went up to Club LOL to catch a performance from K.K. the singing dog. I let him choose the song and he played “Only Me” for…only me.
Madisyn was online, and she asked if she could come over to shop. So I opened my gate for her, even though I was dead.
After she shopped, she invited me over to her town for a bit. She told me that Porter said she’s eligible to upgrade her train station now, so congrats to her! She also paid off a house loan to expand her upstairs, which will give Diver Dan more room.
Madisyn was also happy that Ava was packed up in boxes and ready to move out of her town.
Outside, Madisyn tried to plant a pitfall seed for me. But it backfired. U MAD, BRO?
We went up to Club LOL and I was going to request a song, until I realized it wasn’t Saturday in her town. Her town date is in early December, I believe. So instead, DJ KK was in there. The good news was that Ankha was in there too dancing like her mummy.
Before long, Madisyn had to go and she ended the session. I put the game away, until I remembered that Octavian had asked me for an ocean fish! So I started the game up again and snagged a sea bass for him. But before I got back to his house, Gala pinged me. She asked for some fruit, and I gave her a perfect pear. She loved it so much that she gave me her villager picture! Yes!
I put it in my house, on the fireplace to cook. I read the picture and it had her favorite quote on it, “Still waters run deep.” Yeah, and still mud means you’re in deep…trouble.
When I took the sea bass to Octavian, he was surprisingly excited about it. He rewarded me by giving me a desk light in return.
When I checked the turnip prices, I was shocked to see Reese was paying 524 bells each for them!
However, I had already sold my turnips earlier in the week for less than half that price.
I had just the gift for him. I’ve been saving it for him for a long time! 😉 It was a Gaudi’s lizard! 😀
He said he didn’t expect it, but then he called it an awesome present. So that was good to hear. Drago was also there to help Big Top celebrate.
Over by my metal bench, Sprinkle told me that she was planning on moving out on October 7th. It was like a gift from above! Oh wait, there actually was a gift from above flying by.
I kid, I kid. I’m not ready for Sprinkle to move out just yet, so I asked her to stick around. I still want her picture first before I let her go.
Oops. When I first started up the game and saw the clouds, I thought to myself: “I should check the instrument shelter to see if rain was coming.” But I completely forgot about it. Oh well, at least it still saved me some time.

I took a trip out to the island, and on the way back, Kapp’n told me I look exactly like he did when he was younger! I seriously doubt that!
Up at the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Elsa from Lund was my most recent dream visitor. I stopped over at Squishy’s town for a moment. She had an item for me and I gave her a balloon.
A bit later, Madisyn came over to pick up an icy shirt I ordered for her.
I also offered her a balloon…but I told her one of them was filled with poisonous gas, so she had to choose wisely!
I also had an item for Mark, so he came over to pick it up. He said he was wearing his hunting king look. I don’t even know what that means, but I’m probably not going to be taking any fashion advice from him anytime soon.
After Mark left, Madisyn invited me over to her town. She showed me her modern town hall with her Sugar Skull flag.
I got to meet the camouflaged gator, Sly.
In Madisyn’s house, she told me to check out her “friends” here. They watch her while she sleeps. o.O
While I was upstairs, she told me that she lost her stylus. That’s what she was trying to say here:
I tried taking a nap on the bed, but Madisyn made it hard to get any sleep.
Outside of her house, she showed me her bamboo and bushes. They give her house a bit of a jungle feel. I almost expected Donkey Kong to jump out of that top window and start looking for his golden bananas.
Madisyn’s friend Liz also came over to visit, but Madisyn suddenly had to go. Nice almost meeting you, Liz. 😛
After that, I wrapped up my night in New Leaf. As a reminder, tomorrow is the first Friday of the month, so there’s no Friday Night Forest this week. I’ll see you all next time though! 🙂
