Pashmina’s Suggestion

My newest neighbor Bob is quickly adjusting to life in Forest. In fact, he won the fishing tournament this past weekend! Congrats, Bob!

~ Results ~ The carp-only tourney winners are... Winner: Bob. Second: Agent S. Third: Hippeux. The other night, Pashmina suggested a new public works project: a scarecrow.

Pashmina: We totally need to fund the best scarecrow there is! It'll be quite the tourist attraction! The scarecrow isn’t a PWP that I plan on using in Forest, but it’s always nice to get new suggestions. At any rate, this is what it looks like; it costs 22,400 bells to install. That’s actually pretty cheap for a PWP.

Scarecrow: 22,400 bells.Hopefully she’ll suggest the geyser next. I’ve wanted that one for a long time, even though I’m not sure where I would put it.

Molly was sick with a cold, so I bought some medicine for her. I’m sure she’ll be feeling gr8 in no time.

Molly takes medicine next to her eight lamp. After catching a flea that was on Hamlet, Rolf told me he heard rumors of the flea and he wanted it for himself! He offered me 84 bells for it. Going once, going twice, sold to the white tiger in the Animal Crossing shirt.

Rolf: Hey! I heard someone talking about your flea.

My latest dream visitors have been Kendra from Blucreek and Alex from Pawnee.

Here is the video I mentioned last time. It shows what Animal Crossing games might sound like if they used voice clips from Star Fox 64. I think you’ll enjoy it. 🙂

See you next time!

Bob!

I found Bob’s house plot yesterday, and then his house was complete today. I got extremely lucky with the house location once again. Look: Neither of these houses was here a few days ago, and they lined up perfectly and symmetrically on both sides of my existing path.

Bob and Hamlet's houses.Of course, I went in to meet my old friend and newest neighbor, Bob! Welcome to ACNL Forest, Bob! Even though this obviously isn’t the same Bob that lived in my ACCF town for years, I am looking forward to seeing the purple cat on a regular basis once again.

Bob: Hey, Jeff! It's me! Bob! You asked me to move here, so here I am!Now that Elise is gone, another animal started appearing on Main Street: Drago! It’s good to see him again!

Drago: Well, if it isn't ol' Jeff!My 2nd newest villager, Hamlet, was out and about today, so I had a little chat with him. He was questioning his fashion sense.

Hamlet: But what does basic really mean? I'm starting to wonder if I have any fashion sense...Even though Forest has gone through some dark times lately, I really like how things have turned out. I basically traded Peck and Elise for Hamlet and Bob. What a deal! Of course, I do still have Hippeux in town, but having Hamlet and Bob more than makes up for it.

Speaking of Hamlet, I ran into him again later this evening. He had a flea on him, so I grabbed my net and caught it for him.

Hamlet: You really saved my bacon this time, Jeff! Thanks!
Ham and bacon? You’re not even a pig!

Beth invited me over to her town Otaku to say hi to Dizzy. Once I arrived, I showed her my lucky frog. It seemed to gross her out a bit, so I’m tempted to keep it for future use.

Showing Beth my lucky frog. But when I went down to say hi to Dizzy, I found out that he was already asleep!

Sign: I'm sleeping... Please don't wake me up, OK? -DizzyJust for that, I destroyed Beth’s town. I didn’t stick around long, so I quickly returned home to Forest and wrapped up my night.

My recent dream visitors have been Terri from Kakariko and Exbo from Prospit. Thanks for visiting and I’ll see you next time. Have a good weekend!

Note: I’ll be posting a new video on my Youtube channel tomorrow (Saturday). Even though it’s not a New Leaf video, it is something that I think all Animal Crossing fans will enjoy. 🙂

Hamster and a Camper

Last night, I found a new house plot in town. Hamlet the hamster is going to be moving in. Once again, I got pretty lucky with the house placement. It’s just a few spaces (diagonally) from where Peck lived. No paths were obstructed and no gold roses were destroyed.

This spot reserved for Hamlet's new home. -Nook's HomesThere was a tent at the campsite, so I went inside to check it out. Guess who was in there!

BOB!

Bob camping in a tent.If you’re not aware, Bob was my favorite villager in my ACCF town for many years, and I was very disappointed when he moved out in 2013. So naturally, I was thrilled to see him in the campsite, especially since my town was not full! I played a game of charades with him, and I won. That means he’ll be moving in soon! 🙂

Bob: Well, a deal's a deal! Guess I'll be moving here soon! When I made my daily bank deposit at the post office, my balance topped 70 million bells.

Your current balance is 70,050,000 bells. And then today, I went in to meet Hamlet. He wondered how I got in his house, until he remembered he left the door unlocked. He may not be the brightest beast in town, but he is kind of a cute critter. Welcome to Forest, little guy.

Hamlet: Oh, duh. The door was unlocked.I didn’t see Bob’s house plot anywhere in town yet. I imagine it will probably show up tomorrow, and he’ll likely move in on Friday. So I’ll be back with another entry once he arrives.

My recent dream visitors have been A from Mori, Xavier from Quigley, and Gabe from Poketown. Thanks for stopping by! See you next time!
