Today, I saw what looked like a furniture item on the ground…
But why would it be there? I knew the answer: It wouldn’t. I figured out it was a walking leaf, so I swung my net and caught it. I was right! These things usually fool me once a year, but not this time! Gotcha!
After depositing some money into my bank account, my balance reached 74 million bells.
Since tonight was my first Friday Night Forest since putting in my custom-design sign, I made a design for the occasion. I probably won’t do this every time, but it kinda cool to have something unique that’s for one night only.
I got the lily-pad table and froggy chair I ordered from the Nooklings, and put them in my house. I customized the chair to be red like the other one, but unfortunately, the table couldn’t be customized.
At 10:00, I opened my gate for Friday Night Forest. Merka came over, and I gave her a pinwheel I got from the Happy Home Showcase today. A couple minutes later, Squishy also joined in. Merka gave the pinwheel to her, making her look like the generous pinwheel giver. 😉 We all took a picture by the FNF sign.
We glitched onto the tracks and then went out to the bridge. Merka and I started beaning Squishy.
Squishy and I glitched into the void under the town. Merka was trying to join us, but she had some trouble getting there at first. As I explored, I took this nice picture of the Sphinx.
At one point, it looked like I could see the ocean floor. But I think it was just the cliff. Still, it looked pretty cool.
Merka eventually got into the void, but it’s like she was in a different dimension: Squishy and I couldn’t see Merka, and she couldn’t see us. The only evidence we saw of Merka’s existence? Her emotions.

Eventually, I got tired of being in the void and I just wanted out. I tried saving the game, and that killed Merka and Squishy…but not me! I was stuck up on a cliff! I could see Merka running up the steps to Main Street, though.
I tried moving around to different spots and saving. I even tried glitching into the sky. If I died, I would respawn back on solid ground. But I would not, could not, die!
I eventually went over by the bridge and tried glitching down–and it worked. I was free at last! I sat on the bench with Squishy, while we saw a zombie back behind us.
I invited them to my house to see my frog room.
In my house’s back room, Merka the bartender offered us drinks.
After a little while, Squishy had to go. Before she left, Merka said she was heading out too, so I ended the session for the night. Thanks for coming, Merka and Squishy!
But before I turned off the game, Merka told me she had a double rainbow in her town. She let me come over briefly to check it out.
I went over to Re-Tail, and guess what her premium item was!
I saw poor Lloid about to jump into the river! No Lloid, don’t jump!
I was about to sell some of my perfect peaches in her town, but then we disconnected. She had to go anyway, so we didn’t meet back up. At least I got a couple pictures of the rainbow.
Back in Forest, Pashmina…well…she said some rude things.
Actually we were talking about the lyrics in love songs. It was an odd conversation.
As I walked around Forest, I noticed a couple of missing gold roses. I reminded everyone not to run earlier, but a couple of the roses didn’t survive the night. I had some replacements, so it’s not a big deal, but maybe we shouldn’t glitch under the town so much from now on.

Luna told me that Lukas from Forest was my most recent dream visitor. Thanks for stopping by, and have a good weekend everyone! 🙂
So I buried it in my usual, easy-to-remember time capsule spot: the northwest corner of town.
Pashmina asked me for a cherry today. I let Beth take a bunch of fruit for her new town yesterday, so I was a bit afraid there might not be any cherries left…but fortunately, I found some. So I gave one to Pashmina.
After eating my cherry, she rewarded me with a froggy chair! Wow, there’s just so much froggyness lately!
I took it to Re-Tail and got it customized with the “red frog” option. I think I’ll put in another lily-pad table on the left side of my frog room, and use two red froggy chairs with it.
I went up to the Dream Suite and I dreamed of Heather’s town Hell (dream address 4700-6633-4425). Despite the name, it’s actually a pretty place. I love the brick paths, and all the blue flowers and bushes make it blue-tiful!
I also visited Heather’s town “in person”
He offered me an eight-ball tee for it. I agreed to the trade, but was it a good trade for me? Signs point to no.
Later on, she returned in a new form: Beth from Acorn. Some might say it’s a corny town name, but I’m nut the one to do it.
Before she left with her precious
Yesterday, I made a visit to her new town. In her tent, we merged into a freaky creature, complete with an intermittent unibrow!
Sheldon the squirrel lives in Acorn (for obvious reasons), and I had a chat with him. He was talking about baseball and the sound of the bat hitting the ball. However, he may have been hearing a different sound: Beth was hitting me with her net!
Today, Rhonda was once again at my campsite. She also camped here in
It seems to be raining just about every day lately–that’s the rainy season for you. Rolf told me the rain makes him feel like a giant sponge.
