Yesterday, the Re-Tail in Acorn had perfect peaches as the premium item, so Beth invited me over to sell. I had 12 full baskets plus 4 more peaches: That’s 112 perfect peaches altogether, and they scored me a cool 672,000 bells. Thanks for letting me sell, Beth!
Today, I found a lost item (a book) on the ground near the town tree. Even though Rolf was in the area, it didn’t belong to him.
It took me 5-10 minutes to track down the item’s owner, Molly the duck. She thanked me for returning it and she gave her picture again.
I spotted Big Top sitting on the metal bench in Forest’s central park tonight. I’m glad this bench is strong enough to support the weight of an elephant. No offense, Big Top.
He asked me to join him, so I did. But only for a moment.

My recent dream visitor was Timothy from Goldleaf. Thanks for stopping by, and have a good weekend! I’ll be back with another entry tomorrow.
On Sunday, I opened my gate for a bit so Michael Bluth (Beth) could sell some perfect oranges. (What could they cost, $10?) Tom also stopped over for a rare visit, and he fell into the pitfall behind my face-cutout standee. Well, at least I knew it was then safe to go make an evil squid face.
I caught a nice petaltail dragonfly while they were visiting. I don’t see these very often! Well maybe it’s because I usually play later in the evenings. But it’s still rewarding to catch these things.
Yesterday, my bank account balance topped 81 million bells for the first time.
Beth invited me to her town Acorn to see the meteor shower tonight. I got a picture in front of the train station there. I like how the moon was just poking above the top of the train station.
We also stood on the bridge and wished on more shooting stars there.
When I returned to Forest, Julian asked me for a peach. I gave him a perfect peach, and he loved it. My reward was Julian’s pic!
I temporarily put Julian’s pic on display in my house so I could take a look at it. His favorite quote is “Never trot when you can prance.”
I now have pics of all my current villagers. Maybe it’s time to start letting some of these guys move out…
There is also a face-cutout standee at the plaza. You can turn yourself into a scarecrow by sticking your (straw-filled) head through the hole.
I had a lot of mail in my mailbox today. Gulliver sent me a Big Ben from England, Katie sent me a digital-photo frame, and Daisy finally thanked me for the medicine I gave her earlier this week by sending me a black flannel shirt. I also got a letter from Mom that included a mountain standee.
Beth invited me over to her town Acorn briefly. While America gets wheat bundles for the autumn moon, Europe and Australia get veggie baskets instead. I had completely forgotten that we get different items for the event. Thanks, Beth!
I also let her visit Forest so that she could pick up a wheat bundle. She wanted to look at the autumn moon, but it wasn’t out yet! I guess it appears later on (it was only 7:15 p.m. in Forest at the time).
Later on, I went outside to take a look at the autumn moon itself. Looks good enough to howl to, if you happen to be a werewolf
I hope you all enjoy the autumn moon tonight! I’ll see you all next time. Have a good weekend!
