On Tuesday, I received a letter from Cube in the mail. You may remember I let him visit my house last time. He thanked me for the visit, and he sent me a boomerang.
Friga the penguin was camping over at the campsite. Even though she said she’d like to move in, I don’t have space for her. And besides, I already have two penguins in town.

Yesterday, Mira told me she was trying to uncover a secret about river fish! But she couldn’t give me any more details.

She said that would be bad for business, which made the whole situation even more confusing. 😛 But she was really just asking me to catch a river fish for her.

So I caught her a freshwater goby, and she rewarded me with a natty shirt.

Molly asked me for something to replace her bucket! 🪣

I gave her a Chihuahua ornament that I got from a fortune cookie at some point. But I’m just now realizing that maybe a dog isn’t good for a duck…I’m thinking of Duck Hunt now. 😛 But it’s a good dog, and Molly seemed to be happy with it. She rewarded me with a stripe wall.
Over by my brick bridge, Inkwell was practicing yelling. He also encouraged me to yell along with him.

He advised me to do some sit-ups in ink to help out my yelling? If you say so.

Rolf asked me to track down Hornsby and bring him back to his house, and I agreed to help out. But Hornsby didn’t know what it was all about. (Then again, neither did I.)

But Rolf just wanted to give Hornsby an orange tie-dye tank that he bought at the shop. Hornsby accepted the gift, and Rolf rewarded me with a watermelon table.
Today, I found Gulliver down on the beach. He was talking about a country that is huge, with a very large population. They also invented paper, gunpowder, and compasses. I knew he was headed to China.

Tomorrow is Halloween! I probably won’t be playing this game, but I will likely play City Folk and New Horizons. But I hope you all have a Happy Halloween, however you spend it. Have fun! 🎃
