Yesterday, I got a letter in the mail from Nintendo. It congratulated me on completing the beginner levels in Desert Island Escape.
My reward was a Wii U station. It’s like a kiosk that you might find in a game shop. Pretty cool.
Outside, Camofrog asked me for some perfect fruit. But Saharah was standing nearby, and it almost looked as if Camofrog’s head was peeking out of Saharah’s sack!
I gave him a perfect orange, and he wolfed it down so fast that he nearly croaked choked to death.
Once he caught his breath, he gave me an imperial wall to thank me.
Today is Aurora’s birthday, so I made sure to attend her birthday party. Lily was also there to celebrate.
For her birthday present, I gave her a modern hospital bed that I picked up at the campground earlier. It reminded me of the time when Aurora had a hospital TV in her house. If you don’t remember, I was visiting her one time and I heard a cat meowing in her house! I didn’t see a TV in her house at first, until I realized it was up on the wall. ๐
Aurora enjoyed the present, and as Lily agreed, she seemed to be having a great time. Happy birthday, Aurora!
Once I left the party, I met up with Pashmina outside. She said Molly’s house was in a great spot, and she wondered how Molly found it. Uh, actually she brought the house with her when she moved in. Just like everybody else. ๐
Later on tonight, I spotted Rolf chilling out on the town’s metal bench. Why do my villagers seem to use this bench more in winter, when it’s freezing outside? And it being metal is only going to make it feel even colder.

My recent dream visitors have been Derrick from Pie, Sam from Yavin 4, and Aya from Loamholm. Thanks for stopping by, and have a great weekend!

Lily needed some assistance with a cherry, so I gladly gave her what she wanted.
She was quite satisfied, and she rewarded me with a saddle fence.
After depositing some money into my bank account, my balance reached 89 million bells. My balance will grow even more once furniture becomes the premium item at Re-Tail. I have about 45 pieces of ice furniture assets that I’d like to liquefy.

Molly was there too, and she hopped into the lake for a quick swim. Well, maybe it was just a waddle.
I took those pictures with the Amiibo Camera in New Leaf, of course.
Up at the Dream Suite, I got some beastly news from Luna: A total of 666 people have visited my dream town (since the update).
And today, Big Top asked me for some furniture to replace his ninja sword. I used the opportunity to dump off my newest asset: the toilet from Lily!
He loved it, and he gave me a coat hanger in return. You never see trades like this in real life.
At the face-cutout standee, I put up the Harvey design that I got from Ninten the other day. I didn’t test it out by sticking my face through it though, and some of my regular visitors probably know why. ๐
In the Egyptian part of town, I finally decided to do away with the sand…at least for winter. I never thought it looked right with the snow. There’s already snow on the Sphinx and pyramid, so why shouldn’t there be snow on the ground too? So I kicked the sand away.
Just as a reminder, there is a search box in the sidebar (or click the menu button if you’re on a phone). You can find where I’ve mentioned a certain event, villager, or item. Or search your name and/or town to see if I’ve mentioned you as one of my dream visitors before! Of if you’d like to search all of JVGS (not just this blog), I have a separate search box on the JVGS
