I didn’t make it to the shop yesterday, but I made sure to check out the new stuff for today. For December, the Nooklings sell glow wands and party poppers.
Some holiday furniture items will also be on sale. You may find Jingle furniture or a Christmas tree for example, but my Emporium just had this holiday candle. However, this sales cat is seriously freaking me out.
And up in GracieGrace, it’s the beginning of a new season. Gracie has started selling gorgeous furniture once again.
Also, you may be able to find pieces of Santa’s suit at Able Sisters. The complete outfit will come in handy on Christmas Eve.
When I returned to town, Aurora told me she was moving out on December 6th! But fortunately, I was able to change her mind.
When I spoke to Amelia, she hummed the town tune of her previous home, Pawnee. She was wondering what’s going on there now.
She wasn’t the only animal in town feeling nostalgic for a former home; Drago also hummed a few bars of his old town tune from Maine.
Toy Day is coming up on Christmas Eve, and the animals have already started dropping hints on what they want. Be sure to keep track of the clues they give you, because they’ll come in handy on the 24th! So far, Big Top told me he wants something orange and Molly wants something black.
Agent S told me she was replacing her nutcracker, so she asked me to find her some furniture to replace it. She wanted me to bring it up a tree!
I didn’t have any extra furniture that could be placed on something else, so I just caught a fish for her. She rewarded me with a compass. Great, now I can find the north pole.
Later on, Aurora told me she found a single rubber boot while walking to Kabuki’s house. So her natural instinct was to pick it up and take it with her? She gave it to Kabuki, and he put some flowers in it to use it as a vase. My villagers are a bit weird.
Over by the event plaza, I noticed that the town tree is pretty much completely bare now. The leaves will grow back in the spring, but that seems like a long time away right now.
Up on Main Street, Luna told me that Hunter from Pompeii was my most recent dream visitor. And in the post office, I remembered that I haven’t checked for the latest DLC yet! Even though it’s probably been available for over a week now, I asked Phyllis and got my Sagittarius arrow.
I hung it on the wall in my modern wood room. I’m not even sure how I did it–look how high that is compared to my height!
I considered it such a great accomplishment that I had to take a bow.
Drago asked me for a piece of fruit, and I gave him a perfect orange. It resulted in his classic jaw-drop. He loved it, and he rewarded me with a mini cactus. How did he keep a cactus in his pockets? Ouch!
I worked a shift at the Roost, and I was very surprised to see a new “special” character in for coffee: Don! I thought I had already seen all of the special characters I was going to see.
In another surprise, I saw Phineas in town once again. That’s twice in a five-day span, after not seeing him for four months prior to last Wednesday. When I spoke to him, he was complimenting my appreciation for live music.
Watching K.K. last night must have been the clincher.
He gave me the K.K. Slider Diehard badge, which is gold. Pretty cool!
Not long after that, I went up to Main Street. Wow, it was a busy place this afternoon! The animals must be busy with their holiday shopping!
I shopped at the stores (not that they had anything I wanted) and I updated my dream town at the Dream Suite. Luna also told me that Chloee from C-city was my most recent dream visitor.
