Tonight I found that Resetti’s manhole was wide open.
I went down, but I caught Resetti at a bad time: He was about to use the toilet! He even mentioned some creamed corn…
He kept insisting that I leave, so I left him alone to attend to his…business.
I visited Agent S, and she told me she needs to get her fortune told. She wanted to get lucky!
Copper told me that Phineas was in town, so I was excited to get a new badge. Once I tracked him down, he gave me the Master Turnip Trader badge…that’s the gold one!
This was my first new badge in four months! My last one was the Dreamer Badge, which I got on July 23rd. Here’s an updated look at my badges:
Even though I was originally planning on retiring from the turnip trade once I got my gold turnip badge, I think I’m going to keep at it for a while longer. The stalk market will also help me save 100 million bells for the billionaire badge.
Octavian told me he recently had a dream of Ola from Minitown; he said she was a big shopaholic.
But when I checked at the Dream Suite, a different dreamer was my most recent visitor: Kimo from Kaorie.
The harvest festival is tomorrow, so I’ll be back with another update then. I need to remember to get all of the secret ingredients this time, so that I can get the cornucopia. I missed out on it last year.
For those in the U.S., have a great Thanksgiving!

In Re-Tail, Reese was buying turnips for 319 bells each! So I sold my 3,200 turnips for a total of 1,020,800 bells. I actually lost money on the stalk market last week, so this turnip spike was a welcome surprise.
Meli came over to sell her turnips too.
She even left me a tip!
That’s twice as much as I gave her last time! 😀 Haha, but seriously, Meli and I help each other out with turnip prices, so no big tips are required. In fact, I refuse to accept big tips whenever anyone tries.
Sprinkle told me she had a dream of Suzu from Castor, who she said is a total flower fan. Luna would later confirm that Suzu was my most recent dream visitor.
Cesar the gorilla was camping out at the campsite today, and he wanted to play a game for my Dala horse. I had to choose one of four cards, and each card had a different bell amount on it. The price shown would be the price he paid me for the horse. I chose the heart card, and I heart the result! He had to pay me 2,305 bells!
A reminder about the harvest festival this week was posted on the bulletin board today. It takes place on Thursday (which is Thanksgiving in the United States), so that should be fun cooking with Franklin.
Although I usually try to open my gate on the major holidays, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to on Thursday. If you’re on on my 3DS roster, feel free to check to see if my gate is open if you want, but it’s not a sure thing.
But of course, I talked him out of moving.
