I had a little chat with Molly tonight. Is it me, or does she look a bit different in this lighting?
Sprinkle was standing on my central bridge, holding a fishing rod. I wondered if she was trying to catch a fish, but she told me it’s to reel in the latest fashions. I couldn’t help but roll my eyes at her.
My other penguin Aurora was hungry for a healthy snack, so she asked me for a piece of fruit.
I gave her a perfect peach, and then I suddenly felt like I was playing The Legend of Zelda. It’s dangerous to go alone! Take this.
Up at the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Rose from Alternia was my most recent dream visitor. And some freaky monsters were roaming Main Street! I thought Halloween was over! Good thing I have a sword!
And down on the beach, I woke up an unconscious seagull. Gulliver was telling me about a merlion, which has the head of a lion but the body of a fish. He then told me he had the head of a seagull and the body of a seagull.
You don’t say. He didn’t appreciate my lack of laughter.
But anyway, he’s headed off to Singapore next. So I’ll be getting a gift from him in the mail tomorrow.
It took me less than a minute to find Sprinkle, and less than two minutes had elapsed by the time I found Octavian hiding behind Agent S’s house.
And with 11 minutes still on the clock, I found Molly hiding behind Rolf’s house. This was probably one of my fastest hide-and-seek wins so far.
For my prize, Octavian gave me an office chair. It seems like a strange reward for a children’s game!
Aurora told me she was going to move out of town on November 11th, but I changed her mind for her. She is the only of my original villagers that still lives in town, and I want to keep her around forever, for that reason.
Up at the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Lilo from Kuai’i was my most recent dream visitor. No word if Stitch also visited.
Later on, I delivered a few items to Kristie from Pace. I hope you like the items, Kristie!
Even though you say goodbye to the animals when they move out and they send you a letter, sometimes it doesn’t sink in until you walk by their house and find an empty space instead. That’s what happened when I crossed my eastern bridge and found a goat-sized void.
Amelia asked me to collect signatures for an important cause: Yay Sports!
Up on Main Street, another former villager has started appearing: Tammy the bear cub. She moved to Tiffiny’s town Auctus back in February.
Wendy opened up her gate for me so that I could collect signatures for Amelia’s petition. Thanks, Wendy! I started out by going into Cookie’s house. About halfway through the conversation, I noticed a body in her bed!
I found another surprise outside: The moon coming out of Bunnie’s chimney!
I finished up by getting the signature of Wendy’s most-hated villager, Queenie.
I then returned to Forest. Here’s a look at the completed petition:
I returned it to Amelia, and she rewarded me with a patchwork table. Obviously it’s too soon to be getting her villager picture, but this should begin the journey towards friendship.
