Wednesday was June’s birthday, so I headed over to her birthday party. I gave her a busing station that I bought at Nook’s Cranny. Despite what June said (it was her new catchphrase), it cost a lot more than one bell. 😉
Peanut was also at her party, and she was excited to see June so happy. 🙂

The next day, I ran into June at the shop. She said she couldn’t find anything good to buy for one bell. Yeah, you can’t buy much for one bell these days. 😉
Bob asked for a new catchphrase, and I told him to say “for an ugly.”
Yesterday, Merengue also asked me for a new catchphrase. As you can probably see, I’m trying not to ignore these requests lately. So I told Merengue to say “in a pie.”
Since May 18th, the Stamp Rally has been underway. Tonight, I went into the bug exhibit to collect the stamps. I found the stations at the Shady Path, Coconut Corner, and Bug Farms locations.
I took my completed form to Blathers, and he rewarded me with a bug plaque. I later gave it as a gift to Peanut. She gave me a mosaic-tile wall in return.
Here are a few other quick notes about this week:
- I helped Gullivarrr on Tuesday, and he sent me another pirate’s hat.
- On Thursday, I sold 15 fish to C.J. for 135,450 bells.
- Yesterday, I sold 11 bugs to Flick for 41,250 bells.
- Tonight, I asked K.K. Slider for a random song. He performed “K.K. Disco” for me and Ketchup.
