I got a letter in the mail from the snowman I built last time, and he sent me a snowman dresser. That’s the same thing the first snowman sent me! Great, so I’m already getting duplicates on just my 2nd snowman.
I found another note in a bottle on the beach. This one was from a hopeful baseball player asking for advice on how to throw a curveball. I was afraid the letter might be from a bear cub, so I didn’t want to help out. 😉
In Able Sisters, I decided to buy this one-way tee. I was due for a change of clothes anyway.
Katrina had a tent set up outside of town hall, so I went inside and paid her 100 bells to tell my fortune. She said a shooting star caused a lost camel to second-guess itself. So how does that affect me? She said it may mean nothing…or everything.

I went over to the bulletin board to check out the message of the week. It recommended sleeping in. That sounds like a good idea of course, but this isn’t really a funny message. Well, I guess they can’t all be winners.
Pudge was still sick with a cold, and this time I was able to buy some medicine for him. Get well soon!
At the museum, Blathers told me how he’s trying to overcome his fear of bugs. He got out his dictionary of insects and he runs his talon over each picture, as he tries not to retch.
I donated a mammoth torso fossil, and that completed the mammoth on display! The museum is slowly, but surely, coming together.
Back outside, I ran into Puddles. She wanted a new greeting, so I told her to say Captain Froggy. Her reaction was stronger than I expected.

I wrapped up my night by making another 25,000 bell mortgage payment at town hall. I did not attempt to make a snowman today.
See you all again soon! 🙂

In the museum, Blathers had some different dialogue today. He kept rambling about how he’s afraid of bugs, and how he thinks butterflies’ bellies are waiting to spew something at him.
I went down to the Roost to catch some live music, and K.K. performed a familiar song for me: DJ K.K.
I found the snowman I built last time, and he seems to have lost some weight. And height. He’s a tiny little guy now!
I rolled up today’s snowballs and built another snowman not far from my old one. And unlike my first one, this one said he’s perfect!
Of course the first one still sent me a gift, so maybe he was perfect too (but just didn’t explicitly state that fact). Regardless, I know for sure this one will be sending me a gift in the mail.
I know my house is still disorganized and has a random assortment of items. Eventually, I’ll probably come up with some ideas for it. But I’m still early in the game (relatively speaking), so it’ll take some time to build up a decent sized catalog of items.
I saw Chevre walking around, so I was a bit relieved to see that she didn’t move out. She didn’t have anything interesting to say tonight, though.
I ran into Pudge outside of the museum, and he asked if I wanted to buy his plaster wall for 1,180 bells. After I told him that was too much, he gave it to me for free. I was grateful, but only for a moment. Until he called me scary, that is. What do you mean by that?!
Puddles was also nearby, and she wasn’t being any nicer than Pudge. She was making fun of me for being poor, and she joked that I would be her best friend if she gave me one bell.
I tried making a snowman, but I wasn’t having much success. Twice, I (apparently) crashed or otherwise destroyed snowballs behind trees. But I eventually found two of them fairly close together, and I was able to make a snowman. But, it was facing the back of Baabara’s house. Hopefully there’s not a window back there.
