Squirrel on Fire

Yesterday, I received my monthly bank statement in the mail. I earned 75,450 bells for the month.

Pascal was in town, and he told me that a sea bass is not an instrument.

Pascal: A sea bass is not an instrument, maaannn.
I think that depends on how you use it.

Robin told me that back in the day, spiders used to be as big as us! And you think you hate walking into a web now, imagine back then! πŸ•ΈοΈ

Robin: Back in the day, an average spider was the same size as us!

Truffles has still been sick with a cold, so I gave her some more medicine yesterday and again today.

Tank told me that he was fishing in the river, and he caught a squid today! I find that hard to believe, since squid can only be caught in the ocean.

Tank: I was fishing in the river and caught myself a squid!
Is Tank pulling a prank? Or did I just get hornswoggled?

A couple minutes later, I ran into Tank again as he was chatting with Caroline. Caroline told him that it was good to see him smiling.

Caroline: Tank, it's so nice to see you smiling. you always look so happy, on my Wii.

However, Tank denied being happy. He said he was just flexing his face muscles!

Tank: I'm not happy! I'm flexing my face! I don't want my lips to start sagging!

After that, Caroline asked me for a new catchphrase to replace “on my Wii.” Her old phrase is a bit played out, after all. Since her coloring and hair look a bit like fire, I told her to say “on fire.” She liked the sound of it. πŸ”₯

Caroline: Yes! On fire! I like the sound of that! It's me, on fire! It's fresh!

When I spoke with her again, she asked me to deliver a letter to Curt. I agreed to help out, and Curt told me that the letter warmed his cold, crabby heart. πŸ˜†

Curt: Hm... That really warms my cold, crabby heart.

Caroline rewarded me with a green wall.

I recently posted a new Wild World video episode, featuring highlights from mid-February through late March. Here it is, if you haven’t seen it yet:

Just one last note: The flower fest is next week! Get ready to steal your neighbors’ flowers, if you play that way! πŸ˜†
