Kiki was still sick tonight, so I gave her some medicine once again. She repeated the line about being able to feel her toes again. 😛
It was raining in town tonight, and I saw Big Top switch from his bug net to his umbrella. I went fishing (in both the river and the ocean), but I didn’t catch anything new tonight.
Fashion must be the theme of the night, because three animals–Puddles, Rod, and Baabara–all asked me some new clothes! That’s pretty unusual to get the same request from three different villagers. But I was feeling lazy, so I didn’t help any of them out. 😛
At the Roost, I checked out the Saturday night musical performance. K.K. Slider sang K.K. Casbah for me.
There were no new messages on the bulletin board, and not much seemed to be going on tonight. At town hall, I made a 15,000 bell mortgage payment and then found a cabin couch in the recycle bin.
I did a little more fishing in hopes of catching a coelacanth (no luck), and then headed home. I put my new song into my stereo and then ended my game for the night.

Kiki was sick, so I gave her some medicine. Now she can feel her toes again. Wait, was she sick or frostbitten? 😛
I saw that Wendell was in town, so I went fishing to catch some food for him. But the first fish I caught was a sea horse. That was my very first one, so I wasn’t about to give that away! But I soon caught a zebra turkeyfish and gave that to Wendell.
He gave me a left pattern, which is an arrow sign telling
When I spoke with Static, he asked if I would rather be a pirate ninja or a zombie sasquatch.
Just to be different, I told him I’d be a zombie ‘squatch. He was glad to know where I stood on this important issue.
Near Nookington’s, Rod surprised me by giving me his picture!
Another surprise awaited me on the bulletin board. I certainly wasn’t expecting to see a cannibalism joke here. 😛
His favorite quote on the picture is “You’re not done ’til your muscles are screaming in agony.” How lovely.
When I visited Big Top, he surprised me with a reference to the GameCube version of Animal Crossing. He asked if I liked steam engines, and then he told me that the town he grew up in had a train stop. He even mentioned the monkey (Porter) that worked at the train station!
Rod asked me for a new catchphrase, so I told him to say “in my ears.” I then spoke to him several more times to see how he would use it. Ultimately, he told me he works out so much because he wants more muscles, in his ears.
Crazy Redd was in town, so I used the password (which I received in the mail) to get into his tent. I bought a scary painting from him.
Unfortunately, Blathers soon informed me that the painting was a fake.
I donated the koi to my museum and then ended my game for the night. See you next time!
