Bad Hiding Spots

On Wednesday night, I spotted something unusual: I saw two villagers (Vivian and Rolf) both sitting on a bench at the same time.

Were they on a date? One thing is for sure: They didn’t want to make room for me. 😛

Rolf: Hey, li'l guy! I don't think we can make room for three. Sorry!

This wasn’t the first time I’ve seen two animals on the bench (case in point), but it does seem to be fairly rare.

Tonight, Agent S asked me to play a game of hide-and-seek.

Agent S: How about some hide-and-seek? I'm totally ninja when I hide, though, my acorns!
But this game isn’t about hiding your acorns.

She gave me ten minutes to find her, Aurora, and Rolf. It took me exactly one minute to find Aurora; she was standing behind Agent S’s house. That’s a pretty standard hiding spot, and it was actually the best hiding spot of the three. That’s because Rolf tried to hide behind the instrument shelter…which is shorter than him.

And Agent S was “hiding” behind the front paw of the Sphinx! Agent S may be short, but she’s not that short!

It took me less than four minutes to find all of them. Agent S gave me my prize for winning the game: a fire hydrant.

Agent S: You deserve a prize! Here. Have a fire hydrant.

During the game, I had actually found a lost item on the ground. Once the game was over, I asked the three participants (and Vivian, who was also nearby) about it, and Rolf admitted it was his bag. His baby shoes were inside!

Rolf: My baby shoes are in here! I'd be really bummed if these were lost for good! Tiger!
He gave me a bunny tee for returning the bag.

At Club LOL, K.K. Slider performed K.K. Adventure for me, Peck, and Velma.
