On Sunday, Lionel was camping at the campsite. He told me he’s not anyone suspicious, but I think he’s lion to me. π

Monday night, the manhole entrance to Resetti’s surveillance center was open.

I dropped in for a visit, but Resetti wasn’t in a very friendly mood. (Is he ever?)

Hornsby asked me to catch a pill bug for him, and I agreed to help out. It only took me a minute or two to find one, and I caught it not far from Hornsby. You can even see him in the background of this screenshot.

When I took it over to him, he rewarded me with a bubble tee. He said he hoped that I liked it, but I didn’t tell him what I really thought of the gift. I didn’t want to burst his bubble. π«§
Yesterday, Lucky the dog/mummy was camping at the campsite. I really wish I had a spot for him!

I had a chat with Mira near the illuminated arch, and the arch didn’t disappear when I started the conversation. So it blocked my view of Mira as she told me about a book she read. It was called Rabbit Storm Caller, and she wondered if she might have storm-calling superpowers too.

Today, Mira offered me a free BB tee. I accepted it, and I decided to put it on.
I had yet another camper today. In fact, two of them!

It was Marcie the kangaroo, and her joey. π I had no interest in adopting them, even if I could.
Aurora asked me for something to replace her pill bug. The best I could come up with was a baseball set that I bought at Harv’s campground. It is baseball season now, after all. To my surprise, Aurora thought it was a home run. βΎ

Unfortunately, she struck out on the reward: She just gave me the pill bug. π

I later released it back into the wild (because my pockets filled up). π
A bit later, I spotted a balloon present soaring high in the air…and I shot it down.

There was a laptop inside, so I guess this serves as my introduction to cloud computing. π βοΈ
Have a great day (or night), and I hope to see you next time!
Now Iβm wondering when Inkwell will leave. (Heβs still cool, though.)
Inkwell is an amiibo villager, so he won’t leave unless I force him out with another amiibo. (I hate the way this works in New Leaf.) To be honest though, I probably should do this at some point. But Boots might be the first victim, before Inkwell. Boots has been in Forest for eight years, after all.
