Today was Agent S’s birthday, so I made sure to pay her a visit on her special day. Molly was also there to help her celebrate.

I gave her a customized classic chair for her birthday present, and she loved it! More than I could have hoped, even.

She had a great time, and she said it was such a success because of me…well, and her. 😛

Outside, Boots commented on my blue cap. He talked about how nice and cool it feels once you take off your hat.

After making my rounds, I returned home for a game of Desert Island Escape. I haven’t been playing it lately, but I cleared one stage of it tonight before wrapping up my game for the night.

According to Luna, my most recent dream visitor was Camille from Selvans. But Boots also mentioned dreaming of Tracy from Narnia, and Camofrog mentioned Wayland from Waypoint. Thank you all for visiting!

With a little help from my monthly interest on my bank account, I got my balance back up to 100 million bells today. As you may remember, I spent some of my savings to get the shopping badge last week. But now that it’s back up, I got this letter in the mail from the post office. They sent me my own ABD (automatic bell dispenser)! I actually forgot that there was a reward for saving 100 million bells! Other than the badge, of course.

So that’s like having my very own ATM! I can access my savings from in my own house now! For now, I put it in my gorgeous furniture room.

Having my own ABD is pretty cool.

It was raining in town tonight, and Boots told me about the latest gossip. He said that people are calling me a shopaholic now. I guess that’s because of the shopping I did last week (or earning the shopping badge). Okay, okay, it’s true. I admit it. But this is probably the only time they’ll be able to say that about me.

I shot down a balloon present near Booker’s house, although I snapped this picture a tiny bit early. There was a tumbleweed inside. That seems very out of place on such a wet, rainy night like tonight.

Last night, I spotted my first tarantula of the year. I got my net out, and approached it slowly. But when I swung the net, my swing was apparently blocked by my zen bell. I missed, and the tarantula attacked me!

Big Top asked me to make a delivery to Bob today, and he said to deliver it before the end of tomorrow. That seems like an unusual way of phrasing that.

So I took the package over to Bob, but not before…turning into a red balloon?

But since I incorrectly guessed what was inside the package, I didn’t get a reward for the favor. And when I shot down that balloon present, it only contained a balloon dresser. Double disappointment.

Rolf told me he wanted to stay up all night drinking cherry cola with me. I’m not sure I understand why, but…thanks? I guess?

Boots asked me to catch a stag beetle for him, so I headed out to the island. Sure, you can catch stag beetles on the mainland this time of year too, but it’s much quicker on the island. Besides, I caught a few extra valuable bugs (and a shark) to make the trip worth my time. Boots just rewarded me with a pot rack for the bug.

Vivian asked me for a new catchphrase, so I told her to say “in a cup.”

I chatted with her again, and she asked me for some fruit. I gave her a perfect orange, and she thanked me by giving me a patchwork table. Seems like I did a lot of favors for my villagers tonight.
