When I went to visit Drago today, he told me he can tell what people are going to eat for dinner based on the look on their face.
Going by the look on his face, I was afraid he was going to make Jeff jambalaya, possibly with some mayornaise. Fortunately, he didn’t try to cook and eat me. But he guessed that I was going to have vichyssoise for dinner. Uh, what? Wrong-o, Drago.
I opened my gate briefly; I was trying to show Madisyn how to glitch.
We ended up going to her town Johto to do more glitching. Her friend Laile was also there; they were both wearing Santa hats for reasons unknown.
Madisyn showed me her house, and we hung out there for a little while.
Later, Laile held me hostage in one of the other houses in town. Apparently Laile was playing a prank on Madisyn by keeping me hidden. 😛
Eventually, we went back outside and rejoined Madisyn. I glitched up onto her cube sculpture.
I asked Madisyn to save the game, so she obliged…and killed me.
They were having trouble getting the net glitch to work. But they did know a different method of getting into the river. It requires digging up an item near a tiny area and having bad luck (or wearing a King Tut mask). So we all ended up in the river eventually.
After a while, we went down to the ocean and did some diving.
Madisyn asked if we should go out to the island, but it was time for me to go. I returned to Forest and went up to the Dream Suite. Luna told me Justin from Sunville was my most recent dream visitor. And in Club LOL, I asked K.K. to play K.K. Synth for me. I want to try making it into a shell music box.
My Able Sisters had a lightning tee for sale, so I figured I would buy it. It’s one of the shirts I wore pretty often in City Folk; I’ll just need a blue cap to wear with it. I think I have one in storage already, though.
Mabel wouldn’t let me try it on because I was still wearing my wet suit.

In the Emporium, I saw a slide puzzle for sale. Even though the numbers were still in the right order, I saw Katt looking at it and trying to figure it out.

Lauryn asked if she could use my salon this evening, so I opened the gate for her. She got her hair done and I let her have some fruit too.
Up at the Dream Suite today, Luna told me Hannah from Boston was my most recent dream visitor.
She made a few trips between Re-Tail and her locker, leaving a suspicious trail of orange juice leading to her squishy pockets. I considered reporting her to Copper, but I was afraid Squishy would beat me to a pulp.
While I was there, I had a little snack.
I also dug holes around the bench and we fell into them. (As a suspicious person peered over the bench).
Squishy and I net-glitched into the river and turned into fish. Then we went…fishing?
After making a bunch of fish puns and wood puns, we headed out to the island for some tours. The selection of tours was pretty decent for a change. We went on two hide-and-seek tours, an ore tour, a bug-catching tour, and a balloon-popping tour. Our performance as a group wasn’t that great; we earned the bronze awards at least twice. Personally though, I won two of the three individual tours.
I won the balloon-popping and ore tours, while MaryAnn won the bug tour. It probably didn’t help that I spent my time typing things like this:
We then returned to the mainland. MaryAnn was catching some bugs while I ended up chasing Squishy around. I lost her at one point, but just as she was starting to gloat, I found her again. 😛 She was hiding behind a tree, but Dotty led me right to her. She must’ve been drawn to the sweet citrus smell.
By then, it was around midnight (which was 5 a.m. for Squishy), so I ended the session for the night. Thanks for coming, Squishy and MaryAnn! And have a good weekend, everyone! Beware of anyone with sticky hands and orange juice stains on their pants!
The Leo sculpture is a lion’s head that hangs on the wall. You can jump up to turn it on, and that makes its eyes glow.
It can be re-ordered from the catalog for a price of 4,800 bells.
While I was on Main Street, I updated my dream town (in the daytime for a change). Also, Luna told me that Willa from the town of Rakuen was my most recent dream visitor.
After making my rounds, I took a trip out to the island. I decided to go on an easy balloon-hunt tour. Tortimer was telling me he used to be really good at shooting balloons, but I think he’s just full of hot air.
The easy tour doesn’t have pitfall seeds scattered around, so it’s extremely easy to pop all of the balloons you need here.
I won the gold Tortimer award and earned six medals.
When I returned to the mainland, Sprinkle told me that her outfit would totally flop if she wasn’t wearing her icy shirt. Well, considering that’s all she was wearing, I would say so!
