I was talking to Sprinkle today, and she asked me if I heard of the shark. I’ve heard of sharks, but not the shark.
After transforming into Big Top, Sprinkle told me it’s totally a posh pet right now!
I wasn’t about to go catch her a shark. But, I figured I likely had one in my dock basket. I went down to check it, and sure enough, I had one. I returned to Sprinkle and sharked her.
She rewarded me by giving me a deer scare…and calling me her hero.
As I was watering flowers, I saw something odd on my private beach: Two buried items.
Actually, I already knew what one of them was: The small “x” was a tricky pitfall seed I buried there to keep new pitfall seeds from appearing in town. But the other one was new…and had to have been put there deliberately by a visitor.
I was tempted to taste the nearby sand for any trace of orange juice (I’m looking at you, Squishy), but the tide had surely swept away any evidence of the pulprit culprit. I went around and dug up 100 bells.
While I can’t prove who did it (or how squishy their pants are), I have a good idea. And I’ll tell you one thing: It leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
At the campsite, I used my keen eyesight to spot an eagle. It was Apollo, and he was talking about eating chili. I’m going to make sure I don’t walk under any soaring eagles for the next day or so.
When I met up with Big Top, he was clearly itchy. I used a net to catch a flea that was on him, and he thanked me for ridding him of the pest. He even let me keep the flea! What a generous guy.
A message posted on the bulletin board informed me that the fireworks festivals start on Sunday! Very cool! I plan on opening my gate on Sunday for the event. (I won’t be opening my gate this Friday, because it’s the first Friday of the month).
I saw a big shadow in the river, and I fished out a dorado. I sold it to Reese for 15,000 bells!
Up at the Dream Suite, Luna told me Kate from Spain was my most recent dream visitor. And down on the beach, I found Gulliver washed up on the beach. But I don’t think he was happy to see me.
Actually, that was just some misplaced anger he had for a hurricane. But his clues made it clear he was headed to Australia next. So he’ll be sending me a gift from there tomorrow. I’m sure tomorrow will be a good day, mate.

I saved my game and didn’t return to it for about 12 hours. When I returned, I got my blue cap out of storage. It feels good to be back in this familiar, blue outfit of mine.
I spoke to Sprinkle tonight, and she seems to believe she’s a star just waiting to be discovered! Keep dreaming! You’ll be lucky if you end up on top of someone’s ice cream sundae!
