I got a letter in the mail from Gulliver today; he sent me a tuk-tuk from Thailand.
Kidd was still sick again today. Maybe if the stores in this town were open once in a while, I’d buy you some medicine more often. But they’re not, so you’ll have to suffer. 😛
I also visited Skye, but her mind seemed to be somewhere far, far away.
Gala also had her light on, so I went inside her house as well. To my surprise, I found Rolf was visiting her. Is she hosting a gala? And what could a tiger possibly want with a pig? And then Gala reminded me.
She noticed the tuk-tuk in my pockets and offered to buy it. She only offered 540 bells for it, but I had too much junk in my pockets anyway, so I sold it.
Up at the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Andrea from Shanghai was my most recent dream visitor.
Later on, I took a painting over to Arnold from Primrose.
That’s all I have for now, but I’ll be back with more tomorrow. By the way, my dream visitor count is very close to a major milestone, so look for news on that possibly as soon as tomorrow.
And just as a reminder to people on my 3DS friend roster: This Friday is the first Friday of the month; that means no Friday Night Forest this week.
To thank me, she gave me a beacon fire.
Gulliver was down on the beach, and to my surprise, he woke up the first time I talked to him! He said he was headed to a place with spicy, sour soup known as tom yung kung. The country also has lots of elephants, he added. Thailand was the only choice that seemed reasonable, and it was the correct choice. He’ll be sending me a gift from there tomorrow.
I went to visit Kidd, and I saw that he was sick and out of medicine. (Although villagers never take their own medicine anyway).
I also stopped in Rolf’s house nearby, and Skye was visiting him. But they were both staring off in different directions. It was kind of weird.
The stores were closed (as usual), so I had to resort to Plan B for getting some medicine for Kidd. So I purposely got stung by bees.
I went around talking to my villagers, hoping that someone would give me some medicine. However, Frank wasn’t very understanding.
My face? What’s up with your face?! He was being a jerk.
So instead of using that net for catching bugs, I used it to whack a different kind of pest: a green bird that was bugging me. Then he really got in my face. Literally!
I moved on and soon ran into this little piggy.
She gave me the medicine I needed! Thanks, Gala! I’m taking you off the dinner menu for a while. I then returned to Kidd and told him I had medicine for him. He asked if I was a nurse! Do I look like a nurse to you?
But he took his medicine and he said it felt like it will start working soon.
I pulled out an emperor butterfly for Molly and took it back to her. She thanked me and gave me a blue clock as my reward.
