Today, Rooney the kangaroo had a tent set up at the campsite. Of course my town is still full with ten villagers, but I wouldn’t have asked him to move in anyway.
But that wasn’t the only tent in town, because Crazy Redd had one of his own at the event plaza. He had a real scary painting for sale, but I already had that in my museum. So I took a chance on this wild painting, even though it’s likely fake.
Not far from the tents, I spotted a lost mitten on the ground.
Could this be the naughty kitten that has lost her mitten?
But this lost little mitten
did not belong to the kitten
who is always in my town
and brings my mood down.
I had better luck
when I spoke to the duck.
Her wing wasn’t fittin’,
but she said it’s her mitten.
I had to take her word;
she’s been an honest bird.
To me, she did thank
as she gave me a tank.
When I went up to the Dream Suite, Luna told me Larka from Rainfell was my most recent dream visitor. I returned to town, and Aurora asked me for some furniture. I had just the thing for her! A steamroller!
I’m sure Aurora won’t put this back up for sale at the flea market like Kidd did! Aurora wouldn’t do that to me. She rewarded me by giving me a kitchen tile.
I met up with Molly again, and she asked me for some ocean fish. She must be hungry. So I went out and caught her a squid.
I thought she liked it, until she rewarded me with a moldy shirt. That’s not nice, Molly.
My day was about done, but later on, I made one last stop. I had some wallpaper to deliver to Panda from the town of Summers.
See you all next time!
That little weasel!
But I decided to keep him around for a while longer. I’m not going to keep him forever (especially if he keeps selling my stylish gifts), but I’m not quite ready to let the kid go just yet.
After walking around town, I went up to Main Street. At the Dream Suite, I updated my dream town and asked Luna about my most recent dream visitor: It was Parker from Sunnytop.
And at the Emporium, I bought some medicine for Rolf, who was sick again today. I delivered it to him, and I’m hoping he’ll start feeling better soon.
I also ran into Katie. Again. I swear, I am so sick of seeing this cat.
Of course I remember you, you’re always here! Go away and leave me alone!
After a few minutes, I found Tia hiding behind Rolf’s house. I was going to put my shovel away before I spoke to her, but my pockets were full. Our heads merged as I accidentally took this picture.
About two minutes later, I found my other elephant, Big Top. He was trying to hide behind my lighthouse, but he wasn’t doing a very good job of it.
A bit later, I found Aurora and won the game. I don’t remember what my prize was, but it wasn’t anything special. Before long, I spotted Joan the sow. She was selling turnips for 93 bells apiece, and I bought 1,200 of them.
And then later tonight, I checked out a new StreetPass house in the Happy Homes Showcase. The main room was a hospital or doctor’s office. It was pretty cool, but the other rooms weren’t anything particularly interesting or unique.
And back in Forest, Skye asked me for some fruit. I gave her a perfect pear I got from Tiffiny and Skye gave me her pic.
