I’ve decided to try making Jack’s robe as a clothing pattern. This is how it came out:
I also made a black and orange variation.
If you’re interested, both are available on the QR Codes page.
I checked turnip prices at Re-Tail today, and they were only selling for 67 bells. No thanks. A trip up to the Dream Suite revealed that Mark from Maerwen was my most recent dream visitor.
While making my rounds tonight, I found a lost item.
I started asking my villagers if it belonged to them. On my fourth attempt, I found out that it belonged to Rolf.
I was hoping for his villager picture, but he only gave me a blue-grid shirt. Come on, Rolf. Quit holding out on me.
Over at the event plaza, I noticed that my town tree has lost a lot of leaves. On forums, I often see people worrying about their town tree getting smaller. But it’s just losing leaves due to it being the autumn season. They will grow back in the spring, so don’t worry–your tree is not shrinking.
Tabby approached me, asking if she could call me J-rock like some other animals are doing. I told her no.
And when I talked to Skye, she asked me for a mole cricket. So I went around town until I found one. I returned it to her, and she then rewarded me with a heart tee. Why not your picture??

I actually played early enough to catch Joan today, so I bought 500 turnips from her at a price of 104 bells apiece.
When I ran into Teddy, he invited me to play a game of hide and seek.
I agreed to play, and he gave me 15 minutes to find him, Tabby, and Molly. I found Teddy almost instantly.
Molly was also nearby, and I found my second villager with less than a minute gone by.
Tabby was a bit harder to find, since she was on the opposite side of town. But I still found her with around ten minutes left on the timer.
We then gathered back at the town hall, where Teddy congratulated me on winning the game and gave me some modern wood flooring.
She offered to give me a classic bed for it, and I agreed to the trade. But I then resumed my fishing, making several trips up and down the beach. And then it happened…I caught my first tuna!
I took it up to the museum and donated it. All of the new November fish have now been caught, and I only need four more fish in the entire game!
I talked to Tabby, and she said she was too hyper from eating some gingerbread. She asked me how she could slow down. I chose the option that said “a bonk on the head.” But she figured that would just make her crazier. Very true.
I went up to Main Street, where Luna told me that Jayden from Montoya was my most recent dream visitor. Next, I went to Club LOL to get a new song from K.K. I let him choose a song and he played “I Love You.”
I went to visit Big Top after that, and Kidd was visiting him as well.
Big Top asked if it was really me under the green pumpkin head.
He said he should take a bite of it to find out for sure! No, no, no, that’s not necessary!
Back outside, I did a little fishing and caught my first bitterling!
I now have caught 67 fish and 67 insects. So I need five more of each to complete those collections at the museum. One of the fish I need, the tuna, is in season now. So I need to do some ocean fishing one of these days.
