Even “Mom” played a joke on me!
Pelly’s prank was to tell me her and Pete were going on their first date. She then confesses that she wishes it really was true.
Candi told me that she would sell me turnips for 7 bells apiece. This one technically wasn’t one of the April Fool jokes, but it definitely fit in with the other pranks.
Baabara told me that Copper and Booker are starting a comedy show.
Even Porter was in on the jokes. He told me Resetti is bald!
If you play early enough in the day (before 6 p.m. I believe), Tortimer will be by the wishing well. He will give you a fake NES game called Super Tortimer (if he hasn’t already given it to you in a previous year). But I played after 6:00 today, so I didn’t get a chance to see him this time.
