I checked my mail and found a goodbye letter from Monique.

That meant I had a new neighbor, so I went to go meet her. It was Carmen the mouse. I believe I had her a long time ago.

I went around talking to animals. Genji gave me a classic cabinet for free. I went in Belle’s house and she insulted my clothes and then tried to give me a green ring shirt. I declined, but she made me take it anyway. She then asked if her outfits are cool… she has a bunch of cow print shirts in her room, and I didn’t think that was very creative for a cow, so I told her “I’m sorry.” She got very mad.

I went into Tutu’s house and saw that she had one of the coolest items in the game…a retro TV. I turned off her stereo and proceeded to dance to the music played by the retro TV. 😀

I pulled some weeds, talked to Kody a few times, and headed for home.

It was raining in Forest this evening as I walked around town. At one point, I saw something unusual. As I went from one acre near the top of the waterfall to the acre below (the one with the ramp), Belle entered the acre at the same moment that I did. The odd part was that she wasn’t in the acre I came from, so she magically appeared out of nowhere. Apparently when animals enter an acre, they don’t have to actually come from where they appear to be coming from.

I pulled some weeds and also talked to some of my other animals around town. They were so happy to see me.

I started up the game and saw that Cupcake has moved out of Forest.

I checked the map to see who my new neighbor is (Monique) and then went to meet her. Despite what she says, we have met before. She used to live in Forest a number of years ago. I didn’t particularly care for her.

I talked to Hank and he gave me a pop quiz. He asked me which fruit he likes better, a peach or an apple. I guessed apple, and he told me he likes both of them equally. He then realized his question was faulty, so he gave me the prize anyway…a pear. And that’s how you can get foreign fruit without having to use the train to visit other towns.

I saw a balloon present floating by, from right to left. I followed it and followed it. It wasn’t getting caught in any trees, even ones that didn’t have anything in them. It kept going, and then just before it sailed out of town, it got caught in the very last tree in its path.

But after all that chasing, it only contained a daffodil. Not something I wanted. Anyway, I continued around town, pulling weeds and then making sure my town still had perfect town status. I then headed for home.
