I was surprised to see a striped alien when I went into Savannah’s house tonight! Ahhhhh!
Fortunately, the alien turned into Savannah when it turned around. Whew.
I got another surprise when I went into Tutu’s house: She was all packed up and ready to move out of town.
Tutu was never one of my favorites, but I suppose it was nice to have her in town for a while. I guess I couldn’t really expect a polar bear to stick around for long–even though it is cold of her not to give me any warning or explanation. 😛 Summer is almost here, and she probably needs to take her icy nature to a chilly climate.
Of course, Aurora is a penguin, and yet she can handle the weather just fine. She has trouble keeping track of her house key though, as she locked herself out of her house tonight. I helped her out by doing a little fishing for her key.
When I returned it to her, she thanked me and gave me a nebuloid in return.
Wendell was also in town, and I decided to catch a fish for him (for a change). Once I caught the one I was going to give him though, I couldn’t find him! Then I realized, the clock recently struck 12 midnight, and that caused him to leave town immediately. I even confirmed with Booker that no visitors were in town. Oh well, I’ll put the fish in my house for next time.
Last month, I mentioned I was redecorating my basement. Since I didn’t post a pic at the time, I’ll show it now. It has an Arwing (from Star Fox) and a bunch of asteroids.

As you may know by now, it was for the video I was working on. It’s called “What if Animal Crossing Sounded Like Star Fox 64?” and it has clips from ACCF (and the original Animal Crossing) along with voice clips from Star Fox 64. If you haven’t seen it yet, or want to see it again, here it is. I think it’ll make you laugh. 🙂
Last Friday, Tom Nook trashed his store. So to speak. Two of his three furniture items were garbage cans!
Ben and Tutu were both talking about Mac and Savannah today, but their rumors were nearly opposites of each other! Get your stories straight, you gossipy animals!
Chow asked me for a butterfly fish, so I did a few minutes of fishing to see if I could catch one. And indeed, I did track one down. When I took it back to Chow, he rewarded me with 720 bells.
I also received a letter from Mom on Sunday. It was Mother’s Day, and she sent me a big of pink carnation seeds. Happy (belated) Mother’s Day to all the moms out there! 🙂
I was very surprised when I looked at my town map and saw a house belonging to Savannah the zebra! I’ve wanted her for years! I used to joke about wanting to steal Megan’s Savannah, and now I don’t have to! (Not that I could anyway). But I’m really happy to finally get Savannah in my town after all these years!
She instantly becomes my favorite villager in town, although Static is a close second.
When I visited Alli, she told me that she has lots of memories tied to her furniture.
Yeah, nothing says nostalgia like a barrel of hazardous materials.
