When I visited Punchy today, I was a bit surprised by how he referred to his house.

He was using a catchphrase I gave him a few weeks back. I just had temporarily forgotten about it. 😛

Antonio had a honeybee on his mind, and he asked me to catch one for him.

It was daytime, so they were still out and about. I didn’t have too much trouble tracking one down.

I took it back to Antonio, and he rewarded me with an opulent rug. It was nice doing bzzz-ness with him.

I also ran into Rosie while on my walk. She told me that she loves walking more than anything else…except stew. 🍲

I saved my game for the afternoon, but I played again tonight. I was on my way to the Roost when I ran into Antonio. You’ll never guess what he wanted this time!

Another honeybee?! On the same day that I already caught one for him? I don’t know if I’ve seen this happen before, where someone asks for the same exact thing I already got for them in the same day! Crazy! At any rate, I declined the request this time (mainly because they’re not out at nighttime). Sorry, Ant-Man. One honeybee request per day is my limit. 😛

He was sad that I turned down his request. But he did have one bug already with him: a flea. I caught it for him, and that instantly cheered him up. He called me “Dumbbell the Itch Slayer” as he exuded joy.

But as soon as the conversation ended, he went back to being depressed. 😛

Once I got to the Roost, I asked K.K. Slider for a random song. He performed K.K. Salsa for me.

After the show, I danced my way back to the shop and town hall before ending my game for the night.

It was a rainy day in town today, and most of my villagers were complaining about it. Monty, though, complained that I looked happy despite the rain.

I found a new house near my northwest bridge. (It’s not the spot where Tom lived, but it’s just a bit south of there.) That means that Ed’s replacement has moved in, so I quickly went inside. I was quite happy to meet my newest neighbor!

It’s Rosie the cat! She lived in Forest back in 2011, but I also had her in Wild World from 2018-2020. I like her a lot, so I’m glad to have her around once again! 🙂

Big Top asked me to make a delivery to Mint, and I agreed to help out. The gift was a cabin rug, and I didn’t think much of it at first.

When I returned to Big Top, however, I had to do a double take. His reward for me was also a cabin rug!

How many cabin rugs does this guy have? 😆

Over at town hall, I found two furniture items in the recycle bin this afternoon: a deluxe range and a pine chair.

I played again this evening, mainly to check out K.K. Slider’s Saturday night show at the Roost. I asked for a random song, and he performed “K.K. Calypso” for me.

After the show, I decided to shake some trees. I found both of today’s furniture items: a wheat field and a blue wardrobe. But more importantly, I encountered five bees and I caught them all! Going 5-for-5 is very unusual for me in this game, but I felt like a pro, for the day at least. 😆🐝
