Jingle TV DLC

Pete met me outside my house in my Wii town Bananas.

Pete: You have a letter from Nintendo! He gave me a letter with this month’s DLC.

Dear Jeff, The holidays can be a busy time. Take some time to kick back, relax, and maybe even watch your favorite holiday classic. -NintendoIt’s the Jingle TV, which is new to America, but a repeat for those in Europe and Australia. Here is a look at the TV, shown here in my huge, fancy house.

My Jingle TV (and not much else) in my small room. Will this Jingle TV be the last DLC that Nintendo releases for ACCF? Only Nintendo knows for sure, but I think this probably will be the last one. I guess we’ll find out for sure in January. Anyway, I later started up my game in Forest. I went to the city and saw Gaston.

Gaston walking in the city, outside of GracieGrace. If you haven’t already seen my post on Facebook or Tumblr, I recently recreated Gaston in Scribblenauts Unlimited for Wii U. Here’s a look:

My re-creation of Gaston in Scribblenauts Unlimited. If anybody wants to download my Gaston in Scribblenauts Unlimited, just search for jvgsjeff. I’ll make more Animal Crossing characters in the future, too.

But back to ACCF, I checked this week’s new emotions at the theater. Again, there was nothing of interest to me.

Clerk: What show would you like to see today?Unfortunately, there was no snow today. I didn’t find any new black roses either, although I did move around some of my gold roses to place them along my paths. Well, that’s all for today. See you next time!

Forest’s First Snow

Today, Forest got its first taste of snow for the season.

Some snow flurries fall in Forest.I checked my mail and I got my monthly bank statement. I earned 82,800 bells of interest this month.

Dear Jeff, We appreciate your business and hope that you are satisfied with our service. You have earned 82,800 bells in interest. -BANK OF NINTENDOThe new DLC for December, the Jingle TV, is out now. Unfortunately, Forest will no longer get DLC items since I transferred it to my Wii U (which doesn’t support WiiConnect24).

But my new town on my Wii should get it…unfortunately it hasn’t so far. I must have loaded up my game a dozen times throughout the day, but it still hasn’t arrived yet. Hopefully tomorrow. When it does come, of course I will include pictures of the letter and the item itself. See you next time!

Last Day of November

Today was the last day of November, which meant it was the last day for mushrooms. So I collected my last batch of the year.

Look at that! I dug up a rare mushroom!I later opened my gate at 10:00. Yann came over to visit.

Saharah was in town, looking for old wallpaper. So I went around asking my neighbors. Sydney was sick and locked in her house, so I couldn’t ask her. Sally was locked out of her house, so I couldn’t ask her either. Of the others, only Avery and Del had old wallpaper for me.

I still needed one more, so I decided to go fishing for Sally’s key in hopes she would give me an old wallpaper. Eventually, I caught her key.

I caught a key! ...Whose key is this?I gave it to her and she rewarded me with a metatoid.

Sally: Here... Please accept this metatoid... It's not much, but I hope you like it, no yolk!I then asked her for old wallpaper, but she didn’t have any. It felt like I went to all that trouble recovering her key for nothing. I didn’t have an old wallpaper in storage, so I was unable to get a rare wallpaper from Saharah this time.

This marked the third time in a row, and 5th out of the last 6 times, that I only had one visitor on Wi-Fi. If this keeps up, I may have to start opening my gate less often. Not enough people play to justify opening my gate every week. So I sat in my house and listened to sad music. 😀

Me sitting in my room full of gorgeous furniture in ACCF.In addition to the metatoid Sally gave me, I also dug up a mini tootoid. It’s been so long since I had been able to dig up a gyroid, since they only show up after a rain/snow. Anyway, Yann and I talked about food for a while, and I ended up closing my gate at midnight.
