I took the bus to the city to check out this week’s new emotions. It was mostly happy stuff. No thanks.
I then went into the Happy Room Academy (HRA) to check the model room. The theme was the room that was most nostalgic.
That room was familiar because it was exactly like Amelia’s room that we hung out in on Friday night! Look at this picture from Friday:
Same room, same bird, same guitar, same gyroid. I thought Megan or Yann must have recreated it. But that would be hard to do in just two days, especially to get that specific gyroid. So I asked Lyle whose room it was, and his answer surprised me…
It is Amelia’s room! But she’s an animal! I thought model rooms were just for human players. I don’t recall seeing an animal’s room as the model room before. Weird.
Anyway, I returned to Forest and watered my flowers. I found three new black roses today, which was nice. I then saved my game.
After watering my flowers, I headed to the beach to see Gulliver.
I gave him his spaceship part and he gave me…the tribal mask! Yes!

The tribal mask was the last of the Gulliver items that I needed. So that means my Gulliver collection is now complete! I switched to my Scott character to finish off my Gulliver room.
I guess that means I don’t have to hunt down the UFO any more. But I’ve been doing it so long that I might forget and just keep doing it out of habit. 😛 It will be weird not having to do that any more.
We played around with Amelia’s cool green gyroid for a while. But her house was noisy, and eventually I needed to get out of there.
At one point, I purposely planted/pitfall’d a plump pumpkin. Myself.
Yann and Del found each other and were talking. But they weren’t facing each other.
Yann officially announced her wedding to Del on my message board.
I decided to use up the remainder of my fireworks, so I gave Megan and Yann each a couple Roman candles and I used a bunch myself as well.
Later, in my house, we played around with the jack-in-the-box. Opening it quickly and repeatedly seems to create, or at least worsen, lag.
Back outside, I was messing around with patterns on the ground. Just entertaining myself, I guess.
We stayed on for a while, just talking and joking around. But eventually, I ended the party for the night.
Attached to the letter was this month’s new DLC, the mush hanger. Even though Europe got this item last year, it’s new to America.

I also got a letter from the Bank of Nintendo. I earned 79,300 bells in interest this month.
As I made my way around town to water flowers, I noticed some mushrooms. They will be found on the ground throughout the month of November.
One of them each day will actually be a piece of mush furniture.
And if you have a perfect town, you may find a rare mushroom buried in town. It will be worth a whopping 16,000 bells. Nice!
I then went to meet my new neighbor, Amelia.
Interesting that she won’t tell me where she came from. I’m not sure if she’s from a friend’s town or not. As I found out with Avery, they don’t always tell you when they’ve moved from a friend’s town. You may not find out until much later on.
I then recovered the spaceship part.
I’m hoping for the tribal mask from Gulliver tomorrow, since that’s the only item from him I still need. We shall see…
