Today is Mother’s Day and I received a letter from home. “Mom” also attached a bag of pink carnation seeds to the letter.
The occasion was also noted on the bulletin board.
I took the bus to the city and checked for new emotions. Nothing piqued my interest this week.
Back in Forest, Victoria played her town tune from when she used to live in Anville. However, she was playing it right as the hourly chimes were playing my town tune, so I didn’t hear it at all.
I talked to Bob and he asked me to deliver something to Egbert.
I stopped in Patty’s house and saw that she is now packed. She will be gone in a day or two.
I eventually made my way to Egbert’s house and gave him the gift from Bob. It turned out to be a paulowina closet.
I returned to Bob and told him the delivery was complete. He thanked me and gave me a concrete wall.

I walked around town and talked to some of my animals, including Del.
Victoria was telling me how to be a gracious host. She told me when a visitor catches a fish, I should clap non-stop until my hands hurt.
At one point, I accidentally fell into my own pitfall trap. As soon as I replaced it, Yann came by and fell in it too.
We hung out in my house for a while, but then we ended up doing some fishing before I closed the gate. This particular sea horse was doing some serious evasive moves, but I eventually caught him.
So I ultimately decided not to buy it this time. Maybe after I earn my platinum membership I could buy it, since it will be a little cheaper then. Anyway, I went walking around town and talked to Bob.
I also spotted Saharah. She was looking for old carpeting.
Yuka and Del gave me their old carpets, and I combined that with one I had in storage to get the three necessary for a rare carpet. I gave them to Saharah and she gave me…a basement floor? That was disappointing.
