I quickly went to go see Gulliver on the beach. After talking to him 22 times, he finally woke up. I gave him his spaceship part.
In return, he gave me another Merlion. I left it for Scott, who later put it in his Gullliver room.
Then I checked Crazy Redd’s shop for new items, but he didn’t have anything I wanted. I did find two new black roses in Forest today, though.
After shooting down the UFO four times in January, the pace had slowed considerably. I had only seen it once in the six weeks since. But that changed today. Signs pointed to a UFO sighting, so I got my slingshot ready at the top of the hour. Sure enough, the UFO came flying by, left to right, on the northernmost path. I ran to my pre-marked spot and blasted it when it came by.
This was my 6th time shooting down the UFO in 2012 and my 16th time overall. I looked around for the spaceship part and found it nearby.
I made a stop at the Able Sisters and bought the rimmed glasses that everyone was laughing at one night on Wi-Fi. Not sure if they fit with the overall look of Mohawk McClover, but oh well.
Sunday is the day for new emotions at the marquee (theater), so I went to check them out.
There was nothing I wanted. I went back to Forest to water my flowers and talk to my animal neighbors. Bob was talking about Chris from Ruby, saying that he’s a serious lumberjack.
Kid Cat was talking about wanting a party so bad, that he doesn’t even mind if it’s a brainteasers party.
And Poppy told me that she’s thinking about moving out.
I encouraged her to go for it. I don’t dislike her, but she’s not one of my favorites, so that’s fine if she moves out. Besides, I know my friend Yann wants to get her, so perhaps she will.
