Drawing a Blanca

Rosie approached me today and told me she was thinking about leaving Forest. I didn’t object, since she’s not one of my favorites.

While out watering my flowers, I saw a white cat. At first it gave me Merry flashbacks, but it was actually Blanca–the cat without a face. She asked me to draw her a happy face…so I did. Kind of. 😉

A cross-eyed, ugly happy face for Blanca.Blanca: Hee hee! My face has a real happy vibe going on... I think.Once I was done, I stopped by The Roost and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee.

Brewster hands me my coffee at the Roost.

Sunday Night Fireworks

I opened my gate for the fireworks festival around 7:02 tonight. Nobody came in right away, so I started stockpiling Roman candles from Tortimer. I filled up every available spot on the first floor of my house with them, and I have a few upstairs as well. Then I checked my map and saw that I have a new villager: Butch.

Butch: So, uh, who are you? You live in this town, ROOOOOWF?I waited longer, and still nobody came through the gate, so I left the room for a while. I came back around 7:45 and I saw Patty was in my town. Jorge and TZ also came in soon after. I wished TZ a happy birthday.

Jeff, as he tries to burn TZ: Light your candles. We had some fun with sparklers and Roman candles for a while, and then we caught bugs and fish. We eventually went in my house and hung out for a while. Patty was the first to leave, and then TZ left a little later. Jorge stayed until I closed my gate. Even though the night started out looking like nobody would come, my town did fill up and we had a good time.

Jorge: Oh wait, you still have Bob.Rosie: Tee hee, ohmigosh! That's sooooo the cutest thing EVER, unlike you!

Friday Night Forest

Tonight was my Wi-Fi night, and I opened my gate about 10:03. Bradley, T.Zelda (TZ), and Patty quickly entered. We barely got done saying our hellos and Bradley already had to leave.

After I watered my flowers (finding two new black roses along the way), the three of us went bug and fish hunting. As much as I hate to say it, summer is starting to wind down and these profitable tree beetles won’t be around forever. There were a lot of good ones out tonight, so it was a lot of fun.

Three of us holding up our valuable bug catches.TZ left at 11:00, so it was just Patty and I for the remainder of the night. Nobody else showed up.

Patty and Jeff setting off roman candles.I ended up making nearly 200,000 bells on the night. I reached a milestone in my bank account: 7 million bells.

Your current balance is 7,000,000 bells.Patty left around 11:45 and I ended up closing my gate shortly after 11:50. I used to have a bunch of late-night players who came in after 11 p.m. (or later) after the early batch cleared out (I called them the late-night crew), but they don’t seem to play much anymore.
