Not a whole lot was going on in Forest yesterday, so I decided not to post an entry (for the first time since the game was released). But I’ll still provide a quick update on what happened: Saharah was in town, and I paid 3,000 bells for some new wallpaper. She gave me a cafe-curtain wall.
Next to my house, I noticed that my red roses are now blooming. 🌹

For the first time, I found an animal other than Shari singing! It was Keaton, and he was singing near the pond on the mountain.

Tia was sitting near my other pond, eating a donut! It was a cute sight to behold. 🍩

When I visited Louie today, I saw that Marcel was visiting. Louie told me about his wooden simple bed and how it soaks up a lot of sweat. 🤢

Flick was in my town for the first time, so I made sure to say hello. I hope I didn’t bug him. 🦗

He pays high prices for any type of bug, so he’s a good character to have around…especially when Nook’s Cranny is already closed. He also offers some “art” if you give three of any specific bug. I later found three man-faced stink bugs for him, and he said he’ll send me my art in the mail.
I saw Keaton sitting by the river, and I went up to say hello. But he didn’t want to be bothered; he said he was on his break.

Today is Shari’s birthday, so I attended her party; Midge was also in attendance. Shari asked if I had a present for her, and I gave her some weeds!

However, she didn’t accept it. I still had the opportunity to give her something else, so I gave her some stone eggs. My pockets are filling up with all these stupid eggs anyway. She liked the eggs much better than the weeds. 😛
Celeste was in town, and she gave me a recipe for an Aries rocking chair. I don’t have the star fragments to make it yet, though.
Jesse sent me a tankless toilet, so I put it next to Rizzo’s house. I then did my business there. 😛

Yesterday, I redeemed some Nook Miles for a park clock, and it arrived today. I put it near my sumo ring, for now at least.

Here is my latest video episode, covering my first meteor shower and other events from Days 9-11:
See you tomorrow!
