As soon as I started up the game tonight, I noticed my newly expanded house! You can tell the room has been added on the left, and my roof is red now too.
I don’t have any immediate plans on how to use the new room. But still, it’s good to have.
Outside, I listened in on a conversation between Yuka and Static. Yuka said all that matters is money and appearance…and then, appropriately, she said her catchphrase. 😛
Static seemed surprised by Yuka’s shallowness (he shouldn’t be), and he asked her if she thought a good heart and personality meant nothing.
He even told Yuka that she was getting snobbier and snobbier every day! (I wanted to give him a high-five for that one).
Static continued, saying that some people are just trying to make an honest living. But right when I was on his side, he brought me into it and called me a weirdo.

But despite calling me a weirdo, Static seemed to be sticking up for me in a way. He even said that he respected me, twice. And then he started crying. Wow, such drama tonight.

Unfortunately, Nookington’s was closed by the time I got there. So Tom Nook didn’t have a chance to tell me how much I owe him now.
Down at the Roost, I asked K.K. for a random song, and he played Mountain Song for me.

I visited Static, and he thought I was Kiki at first! Is that because my hair is so dark now? 😛
The message of the week on the bulletin board said that the Mexican wrestler cries beneath his mask. Wait, I’m wearing a wrestler shirt… 😛 Is Phyllis trying to pick a fight with me?
Both Yuka and Baabara, with identical wording, scolded me for walking into their houses without first issuing a proper greeting. Besides the fact that it’s literally impossible to do that in Wild World, it seems that they both share a brain.
But yet Baabara said her boyfriend comes and goes into her house (and even ate her cake) without saying a word to her.
After identifying today’s fossils, selling the contents of my pockets, and talking to all of my villagers, I headed to town hall. I paid off the last 40,000 on my loan.
I returned to Tom Nook, and he thanked me for paying off my debt. He offered to expand my house further, and I agreed. I chose a red roof this time. He said the work will be done tomorrow, so we’ll get to take a look at it next time!
Crazy Redd was in town tonight, with a tent set up near town hall. I received his letter in the mail, so I already knew today’s password. When Redd said “neighbor raccoon,” I had to reply with “one ugly fellow.” Inside, I took a chance on the calm painting that he had for sale. It cost me 3,920 bells.
I visited Rod, and saw that he was about to move out of town! I got him to reconsider, though.
There was a new “Talking to Myself” post on the bulletin board. Surprisingly, it was about toilet paper! o.O It said that toilet paper is cuter when a design is added to it…such as puppies.
I donated the frog to the museum. I wonder what Puddles will think when she visits the museum and sees it. “That could have been me…”
At Nookington’s, I decided to go inside Shampoodle and get my hair done for the first time. I went in blind, figuring I’d just try to my luck to see what Harriet does to me. And…I wasn’t happy with the result.
