As I was walking around town tonight, I saw Kiki fall into a pitfall! Despite the shovel in my hands at the time, I didn’t plant it there! Poor Kiki.
But for better or worse, animals don’t seem to be mad after falling into a pitfall in this game.
When I visited Biskit, I found all his furniture was packed up in boxes. A lot of boxes! I don’t know if I’ve seen a villager have this many boxes before! That’s a lot of dog biscuits!
He was about to move out of town, of course, but I told him not to go. So far, everyone has stayed when I’ve asked them to. Hopefully that trend will continue; I like the guy.
Since it’s Saturday night and my music collection is still very small, I headed to the Roost to enjoy some live music. K.K. played Neapolitan for me.
Back outside, I saw something I definitely was not expecting: A note in a bottle on the beach!
I got excited for a moment. How was this possible? But I was disappointed to find that it was just an advertisement from Lyle.
I visited Baabara, and she told me that Sunday is Yay Day. That’s tomorrow? I guess I’ll have to check it out. Baabara warned me to choose my words carefully.
When I went to see Puddles, she was talking about how lost items should be taken to Booker. But she hinted that she might keep a lost item if it was valuable and no one was around.

I actually found three fossils in town tonight, which is better than I usually do. I donated one of them to the museum, but the other two were duplicates. The store was closed though, so I couldn’t sell them yet.
After doing a little fishing, I wrapped up my night in Forest. I’ll be back tomorrow as I experience my first Yay Day. Hope to see you then!

I found another coconut washed up on the beach, and I planted it further east. I also caught a zebra turkeyfish, which I donated to the museum.
I headed over to Able Sisters next, and Sable once again had a lengthy story to tell me. Apparently their father bought some marbles for Mabel one time, and Sable was upset that she didn’t get any. Their father said Sable was too old for toys. After crying for a while, she took Mabel’s marbles.
Mabel started crying, their dad got furious, and Sable ran outdoors without shoes on. Mable then switched to another story about how her mother helped calm them and made them feel special.
Back outside, I ran into Wendell the walrus. He was starving, so I gave him a crucian carp that I caught in the river.

I went over to the post office to make a mortgage payment (25,000 bells again) and check the recycle bin (empty).
I then returned home and wrapped up my night. See you all next time!
I’m just surprised she has so many stories to tell.
Since it’s Saturday night, I made sure to visit the Roost for some live music. I let K.K. choose the song, and he played Imperial K.K. for me.
Biskit asked me to deliver a letter to Chevre within ten minutes. I agreed to do it.
When I returned to Biskit, he thanked me by giving me a tartan rug for my trouble.
I didn’t find any fossils in town today, which is unusual. Maybe I need to look in the daylight hours. But I did catch a couple of new fish for the museum, an olive flounder and a yellow perch.
After that, I returned home. I put my new song in my stereo and then went up to bed. See you next time!
