A Late Tuesday Night

Agent S asked me for some fruit tonight, and I gave her a perfect pear. She liked it so much that her eyes nearly popped out of her helmet.

Agent S: That's even MORE delicious than I thought it'd be, Jeff! What a perfect pear!To thank me, she gave me a beacon fire.

Kidd was still sick tonight, but the stores had been closed for hours by the time I played. It was so late that I didn’t even want to fool with stinging myself for pity medicine.

Kidd: Cough cough! Is this a symptom of a cold, or is it something worse?Gulliver was down on the beach, and to my surprise, he woke up the first time I talked to him! He said he was headed to a place with spicy, sour soup known as tom yung kung. The country also has lots of elephants, he added. Thailand was the only choice that seemed reasonable, and it was the correct choice. He’ll be sending me a gift from there tomorrow.

Gulliver: ...Thailand! That's right! It was Thailand! I was headed to Thailand!

Helping Molly and Kidd

Tonight, Molly asked me for a butterfly. It seems like everything she says comes out oozing cuteness.

Molly: Besides being good company, I think having a bug buddy would make my home feel so much homier.I went to visit Kidd, and I saw that he was sick and out of medicine. (Although villagers never take their own medicine anyway).

Kidd: I have no medicine left... And I think I'm hitting the sickest point...I also stopped in Rolf’s house nearby, and Skye was visiting him. But they were both staring off in different directions. It was kind of weird.

Skye visits Rolf, but they both look away from each other. The stores were closed (as usual), so I had to resort to Plan B for getting some medicine for Kidd. So I purposely got stung by bees.

Ow! Ow ow ow... I got stung by bees!I went around talking to my villagers, hoping that someone would give me some medicine. However, Frank wasn’t very understanding.

Frank: Whoa! What's up with your face?!My face? What’s up with your face?! He was being a jerk.

Frank: It hurts my face just looking at you!So instead of using that net for catching bugs, I used it to whack a different kind of pest: a green bird that was bugging me. Then he really got in my face. Literally!

Frank: You need to watch where you're swinging that thing! It's dangerous!I moved on and soon ran into this little piggy.

Gala: Oh, that's right! I happen to have some medicine on me! You can take it to reduce the swelling. She gave me the medicine I needed! Thanks, Gala! I’m taking you off the dinner menu for a while. I then returned to Kidd and told him I had medicine for him. He asked if I was a nurse! Do I look like a nurse to you?

Kidd: Are you...a nurse? But he took his medicine and he said it felt like it will start working soon.

Up at the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Nicko from Knotvill was my most recent dream visitor. I was about to finish up for the night, when I remembered Molly still needed that butterfly.

I don’t need the money from selling my island catches any more, so I’ve started leaving the bugs and fish I catch there in the pick-up box at the dock. It’s helpful for villager requests (they like asking for butterflies) as well as fishing tournaments and bug-off competitions.

Checking my dock box.I pulled out an emperor butterfly for Molly and took it back to her. She thanked me and gave me a blue clock as my reward.

Molly: Hey! Thank you! This emperor butterfly makes me so happy!

June DLC: Clerk’s Shirt

June is here, and so is new DLC! I went to the post office to check this month’s new downloadable item for North America, and Pelly gave me a clerk’s shirt.

Pelly: Sorry to keep you waiting! I hope you enjoy your new clerk's shirt!I tried it on…and I don’t care for it. But at least it’s something new, right? Right?

The clerk's shirt. This thing is ugly.It can be ordered from the catalog for 420 bells.

Clerk's shirt: 420 bells. It’s Sunday, so I tracked down Joan this morning to buy some turnips. She was selling them for 109 bells each again, which is quite high. I bought 1,100 of them.

Joan: So 1,100 turnips comes out to be... 119,900 bells altogether. Do you wanna buy them?I met up with Frank, and he told me about a dream he had. It involved Rosie, who was one of his neighbors in Astoria. He said she entered his house and wrote “FOOT” on the bottoms of his feet! That’s a pretty weird dream, even for an Animal Crossing character.

Frank: Anyway, she let herself in and then wrote "FOOT" on the bottoms of my feet in marker. Then she left!Agent S asked me for a dragonfly, so I hunted down a darner dragonfly for her. When I gave it to her, she rewarded me with a chick tee. Uh, thanks?

Agent S: I kinda figured you would really like a chick tee! You are, like, my hero. When I went shopping at the Emporium, Big Top got up in my face as Tommy was trying to welcome me to the shop. Move it, buddy!

Tommy talks to me through Big Top.Up in GracieGrace, the princess stuff is all gone. It’s now the season for Gracie furniture. Well, I won’t be going up there much for the next three months.

Gracie: A Gracie bed? You have exquisite taste, darling!Tom invited me over to his town, so I stopped on by. His friends Andrew and Treasure were also there.

Me, Treasure, and Andrew in Tomville.Tom is five hours ahead of me, so it was already nighttime there. I was quickly reminded that it’s now firefly season!

Jeff: Oh wow.Andrew started pushing me as I was blowing my tweeter, and I soon found myself in the river.

Jeff, in the river: I'm taking a bath.Tom had Elvis the lion as a camper, so we all went in to hear him sing visit him.

Jeff, Treasure, Andrew, and Tom in Elvis' tent. After a while, Andrew and Treasure had to go, so Tom ended the party. I returned to Forest and updated my dream town. Luna told me that Mae from 26 Land was my most recent dream visitor.

Thanks for reading, and I’ll see you all next time! Remember to check for new DLC at the post office!
