Making Stops on Main Street

It was snowing as I started up the game today. Joan was selling turnips for 105 bells each, and I bought 3,100 of them.

Joan: The asking price is 105 bells per turnip. What do you think, kiddo?Later on, I went in to visit Octavian and I was surprised to find Molly was also there visiting him. For some reason, it’s hard to imagine the two of them having much in common.

Octavian: Hey, it's you! Toothless! Molly is here too, so we can all hang out together!
Who are you calling toothless, octopunk?

Poor little Molly was a bit envious that Octavian seemed to be so popular. I’m sure you have more friends than he does, ducky.

Molly: Octavian must be very popular. I'm...just a little bit envious, tiger.Chip sent me my gold fish trophy in the mail, and I took it up to my trophy room on the second floor of the museum. But that room is filling up, so I might have to stop saving all the trophies I get. (The other half of the room has my extra villager pictures).

My trophy room.I stayed on Main Street for a while, because I had several stops to make. Of course I updated my dream town, and then I went into the post office. When I put the day’s money into the bank, my balance reached 32 million bells.

Your current balance is 32,000,000 bells. In the Happy Homes Showcase, Ash from Idiris gave me an indigo pinwheel. This was actually from a StreetPass I got last week, but I forgot to check the HHS until today.

Ash: I'm Ash from Idiris. My home is over at North 5. Run you clever boy.I then checked my storage (and Able Sisters) for a good long-sleeve winter shirt. However, I didn’t find any that I wanted to wear, so I went to the Emporium and ordered this blue flannel shirt. I also ditched my blue cap and sporty shades, so I’ll be appropriately dressed for winter as of tomorrow.

Blue flannel shirt - 420 bells.
