Aurora’s Birthday

Pete met me outside my house today, giving me a letter from Nintendo. It says that items from the Japanese version of the game will be available at Nintendo Zone locations. I’ll have to check it out when the time comes.

Dear Jeff, Starting February 1st, we'll be releasing a new item every two weeks that has only been available in the Japanese version.Over by the train station, I noticed that the northern lights were up in the skies above.

The northern lights above my train station. After reading the bulletin board, I saw that today is Aurora’s birthday. So I went in to visit her, and Drago was also there, helping her celebrate.

Aurora: Awww, J bear! You came to celebrate with me? I'm so happy, chilly.I had a customized lovely lamp in my pockets, so I gave it to her as her birthday present. She really seemed to like it.

Aurora: It's a lovely lamp! I've been wanting a gift like this.Back outside, I saw today’s snowballs and I started to push them both towards the plaza. But I lost track of where I left the bigger ball, and I accidentally pushed the small one onto it! I accidentally made a snowmam! Oops! Even though she said I really knew what I was doing (no I didn’t), she was far from perfect–so she requires five snowflakes for ice furniture.

Snowmam: This balance of head and body... It's quite excellent! You really know what you're doing! When I shook one of my perfect peach trees, it died and lost its leaves. That in itself isn’t surprising. But I was surprised to see Dizzy standing right there! What was he doing hiding under the leaves of the tree? Having a snack?

Dizzy's presence revealed by the death of a tree. When I spoke to him, he just started talking about wanting to do chores with his feet. Uhh, that’s kinda gross. Mental note: Do not eat any of Dizzy’s cooking.

Dizzy: It hurt so much I cried, but I still want to learn how to do chores using only my feet.I finished up my night on Main Street, where Luna told me Adina from Serenade was my most recent dream visitor. I’ll see you all next time!
